It was separating around the first corner, so when I finally got it open (the zipper seems to be working fine now, or I would have taken a picture of that as well), I noticed they had just slashed the bungee strap that held it in with the one scissors! Then I take it out to see how well it works, and I notice that all of the edges are razor-sharp! I'm guessing that after about 5 minutes of actual use, these tools will begin to dig into your skin and cause significant pain due to their sharp edges! (If you look at the photos of the scissors finger holes and zoom in, you can see how the light really shines on the sharp edges. ) All of the tools are sharp, but you can really feel it in the scissors. ) I paid an extra $10-$15 for the scissors. I bought 15 just for the color because I'm going to use them with my Glofish in Neoglow aquariums. With all of the neon colors I have going on in my tanks, I figured these colored tools would be very cool, but please save your money and get regular ones instead. You'll be a lot better off and happier as a result! These are utter garbage in terms of quality! In addition, the case is extremely inexpensive and flimsy! I'd be willing to pay $5-$10 for it. These get a ten out of ten, but no more! They're not even worth that much! Even at $10, that's a lot of money! If you're going to spend $25 on these kinds of tools, do yourself a favor and get some better ones. In the long run, you'll benefit greatly! These are nothing more than gimmicks. They may appear to be cool, but that is all they have going for them! Normally, I don't hold grudges against people who leave negative reviews, but with all of the issues my item has, I'm not happy with it!.

So far, I've only used it to trim plants and pull-out weeds. Unwanted items (snails and plants) should be thrown away. Scissors work well and can be maneuvered with practice; tweezers, on the other hand, require practice and, due to their length, appear less "sturdy," but I believe this is true of any similar product.

The colors are stunning. The tools aren't particularly sturdy, but they've served me well thus far. I don't bother to dry them off after each use, and they haven't rusted yet; I tossed the ugly case; the tools are piled in a drawer; and there haven't been any scratches on the colors yet. So, despite the fact that I am not taking proper care of these, they are still in excellent condition.

I bought this because I was tired of all the silver aquascaping kits on the market, and I'm really enjoying it so far. I really like the fact that it came with a carrying case. The straight tweezer type one has a slight problem with grip, but everything else works perfectly.

These instruments appear to be well-made and durable. The colors are lovely, and I like that they come in a case so they can be kept clean. Despite the fact that I have yet to use them, I am pleased with my purchase.

The pouch is large enough to hold all of my tools, which I purchased with another kit. I wish the tweezers were a little longer, but otherwise, this was a good buy for the money!.
