As opposed to 25 sticks which are on the box, there are just 20 in the bag. I bought my second bag of treats because my dog likes them and I didn't count the first one. Another review has indicated that there are only 20 sticks in his bag as well. Surely the bully sticks are just trying to get away with these tactics each time. Not happy to be cheated, but doing what they can to get away with it.

I received the package and there were only 18 of them in it. It seems to me that there are 25 available, but I think the dogs will prefer to have 25.

I gave the treat to my dog and he got food poisoning (throw up and diarrhea). Please be aware There's a good chance this batch is bad. I was able to get healthy again after two antibiotics. Upon ingesting the treat, my dog got food poisoning (threw up and diarrhea). I made my dog very ill after eating one of these sticks while he was on a limited ingredient diet. As he had no other treats or food other than his normal ration, it was easy to see what had changed. In the last 24 hours he has been very sick, but he is now recovering.

There are so few of them, they can be deadly. I cannot afford to have my pup in the hospital with a hefty vet bill if a small piece is swallowed the wrong way. Taking the chance is not worth it. If they're too small to fit her, I do not see how they could be safe for any dog. I have a 4 pound chihuahua, so for whatever it's worth, I can't see how they could be safe. I would not only strongly discourage anyone from purchasing these, but I strongly do not recommend them.

Avoid trying at all costs. Dogs under 5 pounds should not be given it. That's too heavy for me to digest . . I feel so bad since my dog (a 2 yr old bichon) got so sick after having a little less than half of this supplement. It seems that he has a very good digestive system. Despite this, his digestive system was not able to cope with it. In addition to vomiting the whole night, he also had a lot of diarrhea the following A sip of water would make him vomit as well he would try to drink it and then throw it up. Initially, the vet said to monitor him for a few hours, and then if his condition worsens, to take him to the hospital. His condition improved after he was taken to the ER and given some injections and tablets as well as some specific canned food. Once he started getting better, he got It made us feel awful that we made him sick by giving him this stuff. Dr. advised us not to feed that to any dog for the rest of our lives because it is all protein and very very heavy to digest. The sticks are extremely thin and bulky, so please bear that in mind. Although they seem to be of good quality, I will not order these again due to the size. My local pet store and the Cadet brand sell 6-inch wire cages (which are a little more expensive). My dog uses sticks that are a little thicker and last for longer than 3 minutes.
