This item is not manufactured in the United States of America. br>"MADE IN INDIA" is printed on the bag of this product. This item (Buffalo ears) has an unpleasant odor. Only three of my twelve rescues gave chewing a second thought before giving up. Furthermore, contrary to the Amazon description, nowhere on the product bag does it state that these have been inspected or that they are FDA approved/certified, etc.

Everything went exactly as planned. It is dependent on the breed of your dog. One of these will last months for my little 6 pound doggie to chew on. That is a significant amount. My 100-pound dog, on the other hand, adores them, but they only last about 2 minutes and 17 seconds for him.
This is my first purchase of these, and my dog adores them! She's a 6-year-old Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix who weighs 60 pounds and has a good set of teeth. She's possibly overweight. Pig ears, raw hide, and milk bones are the most common treats I give her, and she enjoys them all. She now has a new type of treat to look forward to. I was interested in trying these because they are significantly less expensive than pig ears! They're not greasy, have a lot of protein (81%) and are low in fat (1%). Only the thickness is a drawback. They have the same length and width. width, but only half the thickness of a pig's ear However, eating one still takes her the same amount of time. They haven't changed her BMs in any way, thicker or runnier, and she hasn't had any throw ups. As a result, she's doing a fantastic job of assimilating them. Last but not least, the package specifies a 16-count, but I received 23. I believe it is based on bag weight. I put a picture of the bag on the wall, along with a picture of her using it. I'll tell everyone I know about them, and I'll buy them again.
For thickness, I gave it a 3 out of 5. It's a little bigger and thicker than a pig's ear. In about 5 minutes, my Pit can finish one. I'd say it's a good buy, but it's not for the aggressive chewer who was advertised.
However, I would buy it again. When I first saw this product, the majority of the reviews were for Free Vine Voice Product Reviews. The size of the Buffalo ears has been documented in photographs. I'm glad I went ahead and placed my order- The dog chews were exactly as described in other reviews, and the large bag was a great deal. The ears had a nice color scheme as well. They weren't too dark, as if they'd been overcooked or roasted. br>I gave one to our 15-pound Chihuahua/terrier mix, who seemed to enjoy her new chew. I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat. Excellent quality, excellent value, and even better- a contented dog
Re- 7/2020-Ordered The buffalo ears aren't as big as they were in the beginning. Changed from a five-star rating to a four-star rating. My dog enjoys them, and they are still a good price. I like that they're non-greasy and that she can chew them on the bed or couch instead of the rug if she wants to be close to me.
They were acceptable to my dog, but she did not enjoy them. She couldn't eat a lot of it because it was inedible. She likes cow and pig ears, but these left chunks that she chewed and chewed, and which didn't break down even when soggy. She'd eventually give up on chewing them and abandon the mess. She tried to swallow the parts she couldn't chew well a few times (while I was standing right there), coughed, and threw it up. She's a German shep, and she's only two years old. They are not something I would order again.
These Buffalo Ears are the fourth time I've ordered them. In comparison to Pig and Cow Ears, I like the quality and appreciate the lower fat content. They are adored by both of my dogs. The sizes of the first three orders ranged from extremely large to medium. This most recent order was a huge letdown. The sizes ranged from small to medium. I was perplexed as to why the cost had plummeted so drastically. The first three orders cost $18 each. & $19. It cost $13 to place a previous order. I thought it was a good deal. I'd rather pay a higher price for a product that lasts longer than five years. Time limit: ten minutes I'm not sure if I'll order again or go back to looking for an alternative because I need the larger size with two medium/large dogs. If I knew the next bag would have large ears, I'd order again, even at the higher price.
We've now purchased our third bag of these fantastic ears! Our 4- month- After dinner, the old puppies love to gnaw on them. For some people, the varying thicknesses and sizes of the ears may be a disadvantage. Our girls, on the other hand, appear to have distinct tastes in ears. Hazel prefers the sorter, thinner ears, while Isabella prefers the thicker, longer ears. It's a match made in heaven! They are clean, in the sense that they do not leave any residue on the carpet and do not emit a strong odor. For the quantity, the price is very reasonable. We'll continue to purchase these as needed. Bravo!.
Kali, our 8-week-old German Shepard girl, has razor-sharp teeth, and her snips and playful acts resulted in blood clots measuring an inch to two inches in length. Her snippy bites were extremely deep, leaving open gashes. We had to come up with a way to soften her razor-sharp teeth. br>Made in India at a cost of 16 per pack. br>I bought her one of these for her birthday. The flavor and challenge appealed to her. She chewed on it for an hour last night, and she was halfway through. We took it from her and handed it over to her this morning. She gnawed for an hour straight. She finished it in two hours. br>Texture was good and it didn't break down, and her saliva aided in the process. The pieces were so small that they didn't cause any large pieces to break. Since she chewed and liked it, I'm guessing she liked it a lot. br>Because these are Indian buffalo ears, no one feeds them anything inorganic because they don't produce more than 2. Milk in the range of 5 to 4 liters I'll have to come up with other ways to feed her so she doesn't get bored.
