Questions & Answers

Do these contain any toxins that are harmful to humans?

Dogs are the intended users of these items. The idea that a human would want to eat them or like them makes no sense.

What country did you say they're made in?

It is not always 'Made in the USA' to say the product is distributed by a US company. In spite of the fact that they're distributed by Del Monte, nowhere on the box does it indicate where they're made, where the ingredients come from, etc. When in doubt, make sure that you buy Made in China treats. The back of the box says, "Every biscuit we make at LED's originated in a little bakery on the Lower East Side of New York City over a century ago.". To make the original bone broth, we continue to use the same high quality and wholesome ingredients A dog treat shaped like a heart. There is something misleading about the wording in this statement if you read it only There was a time when they WERE made in NYC more than 100 years ago, but do you believe they are still made there Despite my research (including the unreliable Wikipedia), I was unable to find any site stating Milkbones are made in the US.. If the contrary is true, can someone provide evidence?

Can these be used past their expiration date?

Yes, these expire after a year, but i kept the ones i got for more than a year. I still have some left, but my dog loves them already.

If I put these inside a KONK ball as a treat for my dog to take, or if they fall out of the hole, would they be big enough to fit in there?

The dog I have is a small dog with a kong. The milk bone did not fall out of the kong when I inserted it. My Shih-Tzu dog, who only took a few minutes to solve the problem It takes about 3 minutes to get the treat out of a French Poodle mix.

A look inside the treat suggests that you can find larvae or maggots
3/5

The box I just opened has just been opened. My first reaction was to take off the flap to find a layer of dead bugs. Then I opened up the box to see the treats were all tattered. Then I threw it into a In addition to the crumbs, the treat itself appeared filled with dead insects and what appeared to be larvae or maggots. I hate it so much.

The treat tastes great! Tastes great, and is a great treat for bigger dogs, as well! The box is in good condition, but its expiration date is over a year I was very impressed with the speed of shipment

It would mean the world to me if you marked this review as helpful - I appreciate it.

A woman who consumes milk bones may suffer from near-death experiences I have been through death
5/5

It might have been laced with doggie drugs or something like that. There is no end to the joy that my dogs get from chewing on it & There is no limit to the amount of dog treats she will eat. I mean it. My husband and his family almost put me to death just today after I asked for a dog treat, "Whooo wants a cookie?"? I didn't like both dogs (a pushy boxer and a A bossy Westie) decided today that, instead of calmly following me back to the treats stash, they would throw their bodies upon mine and tear them to pieces. My attackers smothered me with what I can only assume was meant to make me believe and attempted murder in the first degree. These are the kisses puppies give. That's not good. I am kissing my elbow as a puppy. It must have been suffocating a kiss. It wouldn't have mattered if I was bigger than them (not by a great deal, but nonetheless), and were able to roll over from underneath them (of all places, they tried to pin me to my bed. Dogs that are ridiculous). It is almost physically painful for me to think about the awful ending that could have happened. Apart from that, the dogs were very happy once they got their milkbone cookies, and their eyes were gleaming with happiness. The good news is that I have time on my hands! Although it does make me wonder if there have been other cases of dogs trying to kill by kissing. Do milkbones really only belong to milk?.

I had to stop using this product for my dogs as soon as possible
3/5

Previously we had ordered milk bones from Amazon without any problems. However, not only was this box tainted with something that made both of my dogs extremely sick, but there were also other issues. In one case, the patient was taken to the emergency room. I can only think of one thing that both of my dogs ate from the box that could have made them sick within 24 hours of opening it. I have updated The bugs we found in these treats were tiny, black, and were still alive when we threw them away.

Their behavior almost feels like they got an addiction to some kind of addictive drug
5/5

Currently, I have a 13 yr old son. It isn't hard to figure out why old German Shorthairs are so fond of these items. Their behavior almost feels like they got an addiction to some kind of addictive drug. I'll get a drink from her when she comes to get me, and she'll While I have spoiled her rotten, she is so beguiling that it would be impossible to refuse her.

I love them - my little guy is in love with them I love the small size of this dog
5/5

Every morning my little pug waits patiently for me to go out and do his business while he gets ready. We return to find him losing patience and he practically demands one of these little dog snacks upon return. I can sometimes tell he is impatient and asks for one in the elevator and we aren't even in the kitchen yet. I have attached a picture of this little guy who loves.

The canister that my order arrived in is nicely sealed
5/5

The following have been sent to me You will not find any mold or moths here! Being able to choose from three options. Unless your dog is a little dog that cannot eat more than 300 calories a day, these are awesome. The small amount of calories/bones they contain (which, to be honest, does not seem to be as bad as what we humans consume), aren't the only reason why they love them. The dogs will chase treats out of the air and chomp on them as they chomp down. It's so easy to "throw" a couple or dog.
I am sorry for the customers who got "moldy or buggy" treats in their orders but wouldn't you think Amazon would help you replace or exchange Surely you can't look at "bugs in the box" in an objective way? Those I received were in pristine condition and sealed in a nice In instances when your dog is so small, and has such a low-energy level, please visit this page I think it is great for their diet to have these calorie needs! As Lily, Ivy, and Nikki put it Yes, I agree!.
