Thanks for stopping by. Unfortunately, one of our whistles does not come with
It is true. Trainers use this whistle most often when training dogs. As the only other alternative, Acme Thunderer is available. The English whistle is made of metal. In my opinion and recommendation, the Gonia is the best.
There will be no pea in this recipe! I like it a lot!
Dear Mr. Hill, thank you for your inquiry! It appears that the pea does help to make a difference in the sound emitted, as well as the design of the whistle.

This whistle is the worst I have ever heard. The air is tough to blow and comes out as a whistling whine at best. To blow this whistle, you have to exert a lot of effort. You can blow on it up to full capacity and it will still not be It was pretty much necessary to use my high roller duck call whistle before working the dog because this crappy whistle wasn't even audible to him. It will not satisfy you so do not buy it.
Never thought I would say that a whistle is difficult to use to make a decent sound. Blowing a whistle is what it is. Despite this, I did not like this whistle in the least. As the product was so cheap, I didn't return it, but I did place an order for the SHvivik whistles instead. It is really nice to have two metal whistles with two lanyards, easy and quick to make a loud sound to attract my puppies' I'm not sure, but maybe this SportDog whistle has a pea in it, so that's the problem. The two I bought to replace it don't have the pea and you can wash them and the sound is good when wet, too. There is such a wide range of reviews for this SportDog whistle, but I took a chance on the positive The replacements I got from Shvivik are nothing like the replacements they were referring to. Because of this, I do not recommend the SportDog whistle.
I've found that it works very well on my dogs. We have two dogs a boxer and an Amstaff. It is LOUD to hear the whistle. It does not qualify as a dog whistle however, it is loud enough to be considered one. There's nothing more important than whether it works.
I was really excited to train my dog with it. I like how loud the whistle itself is, considering it is so small The message is clear, and I don't think it's too high - In the low-income category Since it is so high-pitched, it gets lost in the wind and rain, but the downside is that it can be annoying to the ears For those nearby, it is a piercing. Since I haven't wanted to "train" or practice in the park, I haven't used it. Haha, I don't want to alarm anyone. As well as being slightly disappointed that the ball inside is a hard cork I also have some other concerns When it rained hard, the unit became wet inside, and it didn't seem to function properly. Whether that's just my experience or what happens on a regular basis is unclear to me. This whistle is a great buy for the price. My parents have lent me their 5-foot wide boat many times when my dog and I went out to their pond The dog will rocket into action whenever I blow the whistle on our two-acre property, and I'm not sure if it startsles her or if she knows that it is a surprise. My orange color makes it stand out, which makes it easy to locate in my purse or coat pocket. I really like how it has a sturdy attachment ring.
Treeing Walker Coonhounds are our dogs and I love to call them to me in the woods with the whistle. From the moment they were first sighted, they knew where the whistle was. These whistles taught them to cut the chase and come back home when it was time. My pup was found in the woods at age six months after he had been injured. I whistled for him for hours and called his name until he finally responded. He would cry when I stopped whistling, so I whistled a few times and then stopped to listen, whistled and then waited for him to cry. You and I will always be best friends. I dragged him out of the woods along with my other dog pointing the way to home in the dark. You can see I love my dogs so much that I have completely forgotten about my scar when I am alone in a dark woods at night. The person I am friends with is Hilton.
It works instantly on aggressive dogs such as Australian Shepherds that love to lunge and bark at their fellow pets. After shutting up and sitting down, he gets up to leave. I am in the face of the sheltie then he stops barking, then he doesn't bark at all. It has to be a close distance as well. Since the sound is unidirectional, it makes my ears hurt. My plan is to purchase the mega whistle type so that the sound will be focused through.
Dog training is made easy with this treat. There are three things I like about it the sound, the durability, and the loudness. Meg, my Labrador, was trained to obey commands from far away with it. While other whistles have failed to work with her, this one gets her to respond immediately. Ultimately, I think it is the best whistle you will be able to find for dog training. This key ring is made of high quality plastic and won't bend or break like silver ones tend to. The build quality is terrific, since it is constructed of high-quality material. Moreover, the manufacturer put in a circular piece of wood whose sole purpose is to rattle around inside the chamber and make a pleasant sound. The addition is excellent, and I love it. This whistle is a great choice for anyone in need of a high-quality whistle To train their dogs, dog owners can easily get a quality but cheap dog whistle.
The short version is that this whistle stinks. Is anything left of those that were left behind? My new GSP pup just came and I bought two of these to train it. My old one (orange with black sides) was nowhere to be found, so I had to buy two replacements. It is difficult to move at thru when both of them have low volume. Sorry, but I'm very Is there anyone who knows of a good quality whistle for training gun dogs? No one is going to get anything done with these.
