I don't use one remote for two dogs because if you have it set on a specific dial for dog 1 at level 9 and you need to quickly switch to dog 2, but dog 2 usually responds to a level 3, you'd have to turn down the dial because it remembers the last level it was set to, which in this case was 9. This isn't a good idea, especially if you need to correct a behavior quickly or train your dog, because you'll end up popping dog 2 at a much higher level. It is preferable to buy a separate receiver for each dog and label it with their names.
If you want to use the remote with both dogs, you'll need to purchase another coller.
Yes. Small to large dogs will be able to wear the collar because it is long enough.

I was fed up with cheap collars breaking, so I did some research and purchased this collar, assuming that because it cost more, it must be better. It hasn't improved in any way. The user interface is extremely difficult to comprehend. When my wife realized she was buzzing, she was taken aback. It was a simple fix to make. What can't be fixed is the fact that you have to pair the device every time you use it by physically tapping the remote against the collar. That means that if your dog runs out the door before you pair it every time you use it, the device is useless. Because the battery life is so short, it must be charged every day or two. The collar is a waste of money. It turned out to be a complete waste of money. Instead, I wish I had purchased five less expensive ones. That way, I'll be able to keep them all charged and replace them as needed. Make sure you don't throw your money away.
It was a huge hit with him! This one does nothing but vibrate, which is exactly what we were looking for. The vibrations can be adjusted; all you have to do now is see how your dog reacts. The good thing about the vibrations is that they don't hurt the dog; instead, they confuse them. There are three buttons to choose from. br> One is a short vibrate, and the other is a simple button. The red vibrate is a long one. The last button, which is called a "Tone" and vibrates the entire collar, is on the opposite side and can be held for 10 seconds at a time. This is the button to use as a last resort. Prongs come in two varieties. One is for longer coats, while the other is for shorter coats. We have to alternate between the two with our dog because we let his hair grow longer during the winter. This collar has proven to be extremely effective for him. I would recommend that you teach your dog your commands before using the collar; it is merely a tool to aid in the reinforcement of the commands.
I purchased this e-book. We needed a new collar set because we had misplaced the transmitter on the previous one. For the first one, we worked with a trainer, who transformed our maniac into a well-behaved dog. pooch who is well behaved We can now take her to a variety of places where she can run around and have fun. to keep her on a leash so she can expend all of her energy Although I was disappointed that this set did not include the bungee/quick release collar, I was able to swap the old collar for the new receiver. The feature to locate a lost transmitter isn't very useful unless you remember to activate it every time you turn on the collar, and I haven't been able to activate it on the new collar yet, so it gets a minus one star. A physical switch for that feature would be extremely beneficial.
We started with the vibration feature, and this one did not scare her like other vibrating collars did, but it definitely got her attention. I got this for my mini Aussie who is usually well behaved EXCEPT for barking at other dogs when she is off leash in the back yard. Before we put the collar on our dog, my husband and I both shocked ourselves, and at around setting 20, it feels like a strong static shock. It wasn't painful, but it wasn't exactly pleasant. We've only had to use 20 so far. We've noticed a significant difference in our dogs' behavior in just two weeks!.
It turns off at random. The collar was beginning to grow on me. My dog was responding well, and everything was running smoothly. I was even on the verge of evicting him from his tenancy. br>However, to my horror, I discovered that the collar was equipped with some sort of auto-locking mechanism. It kept turning off when I turned off the feature. My guess is that it is determined by the amount of time you have gone without pressing a button. This resulted in a few dangerous/anxious moments when the collar failed to work when I needed it most. br>I returned it and am now looking for one that does not turn off automatically.
For dog training, I strongly suggest this product. The fact that the range is 1 to 10 is fantastic. 100 E-collars for dogs that are less expensive Collars are available in a variety of sizes and materials. 1 volt equals 8 volts. My dog has never had to go above the age of seventeen. My dog is very responsive to the vibration.
This is the second collar I've purchased in the last year, as we've added another puppy to our family. The best of the bunch. This has a great range of colors. We're desert walkers, so they've learned to return to me using only my voice; I rarely use the vibrate anymore, but you never know when a rabbit will appear and whisk them away. We spend 6 months of the year in the lake, so it needs to be waterproof.
Our trainer recommended this as the perfect way to get his attention. There will be no yanking or barking allowed.
