I have begun using the product after receiving it, charging it, and then using the software. It has been used a handful of times, and it has been recharged in the meantime. The 5th time we charged it, we noticed that it did not need to be charged. My observation is that it works with the remote, as it appears to charge the remote. There is no life in the dog collar. It is useless. My attempts to contact Amazon were unsuccessful as they stated that it is not within the 90-day warranty You have a one-day window to do anything about it, and I'll need to contact Dogtra directly to get it sorted out. Nonetheless, I need to do it as it is yet another thing on top of everything else that needs to be done. Make sure to keep an eye on this one the next time. A $240 item shouldn't have these kinds of issues I didn't come into contact with any water.

I am 100% satisfied with my new purchase and have already recommended them to others. With a battery life of excellent capacity and a remote setup that is perfect for our needs, we have no complaints. It is great for us since one dog has a very low sensitivity level, and the other has a very high sensitivity level. As an ergonomic design, I prefer it to the older, bulkier ones that were prone to getting tangled up in.

I have two German shepherds, so these are ideal. When it comes to these things, they're quick to pick them up. Putting the collars on them has taken some time for them to learn that collars mean to not misbehave. I'm not mean or forceful with it, but they know not to dig in the yard, jump up on the counter, and walk on the left side I highly recommend it as a training tool.

There is no doubt that both my dogs definitely enjoy it as well as how easy it is This is the first email I have received in a long time This is the first collar I have ever used, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I would buy from this company again if I needed another. When I use it, it does not cause harm to my dogs. It doesn't hurt my friend too much when he gets hit with a 50 on his arm, just a little.
