ChuckIt! Sport Ball Launcher

I've made a lot of purchases over the years. There is something about this that I find fascinating. This was the thing I was waiting with anticipation for, constantly looking out the window for the UPS guy, after a fellow dog owner told me it had changed his life. I have been buying from amazon for years but this was my favorite thing. My 3 year old Labradoodle slobbers on his back and hands when we play fetch, so I purchased this to avoid slobber on my back and hands. Our big boy loves to exercise and any dog who has a doodle knows they require lots of it! I am glad I have something like this to help with my dog's training while playing in our back yard. I like that it is small and thin and doesn't take up much room in the entry way or under my car seats while he is at You can also strap it to the crossbar of a bike if you need it to! The chuck it ultra balls I bought to go with it work well with this as well. As a word of caution, if you want this to be of use to you, your dog needs to learn how to "drop it. ". It might be more economical to just throw the ball yourself if you have to bend over to get the balls out of the dog's mouth. In the end, the best thing about this product is not having to touch the balls, get all slobbery, or bend all the way over all the time This is a highly recommended book! Its products have become part of my everyday life for many years, and I am familiar with how they work. It is important to note, however, that this model is not able to throw it very far. I needed a replacement for my original Chuckit model, which I had for five years and was still working flawlessly. I used it almost daily and never had any My need was just for a second car for our second vehicle, so regardless of which car we're in, we'll always have one. The "PRO" feature and the more comfortable Rubber handle made me assume this might be a better product than the original Chuckit. However, the chuckit is stiff and the ball is released late, resulting in a ground ball that doesn't go far. The handle is more comfortable, and the white color is nice, but the ball is released late resulting in a ground ball with little In my old original, I can do beautiful long high lobs, and my dog loves to catch the ball on its first bounce when I throw it. Consequently, I returned the Pro and replaced it with the Ultra, which was advertised as being more like the Original with a more comfy rubber grip. I was able to achieve a high long-distance lob with the handle. The chuckit is okay for ground balls, but horrible for long-distance lobs. My 5 year old one was a little stiffer than the classic so I returned it and purchased the classic and discovered that, although my technique had to be modified, I could still reproduce the high long lobs. Occasionally some dogs (many dogs) cannot track a ball through the air and will need to chase it on the ground. If your dog falls into this category, the Ultra or Pro might work well. I think the Pro handle is better than the Ultra chuck because it However, I believe the original is the best in my opinion, though I wish the handle was rubber.
