Questions & Answers

Does the standard tennis ball size work with the standard tennis ball size?

The 26M one works great with tennis balls, for those of you who missed the previous 8 answers. Because my balls are ruined by somebody else's dog, I no longer bring my own balls to the dog park The tennis courts are usually littered with tennis balls. As well as searching the nearby tennis courts for dropped balls, I also look for damage to the tennis The owner would have retrieved the ball if it was a new one otherwise, they would have left it, and the dog doesn't particularly care if it bounces right.

Would you mind explaining to me how the size calculation works? Does it refer to the size of the ball or its length? How about using a rubber ball of a different type? The size ranges from XS to XL! ?

In the 2 digit number the launcher length in inches is given, whereas in the 1 digit number the diameter of the ball is given Specifically, 5 is a 2 digit number representing the ball size). When you want to throw the ball very high or very far without harming your wrists when you get the 26 m I really believe that this is the best one. It is comfortable, easy to use, and it launches the ball very far. The ball I use is the standard tennis ball size which fits the 26 m dog collar. It would seem reasonable to believe that standard size tennis balls would be suitable for just about any size dog, except for little tiny dogs and great Danes, apparently. thing, as it makes going to the park fun for both of us, without it I don't know how she would get the running that she does everyday because my arm can't throw that far, neither of us could live without it. Get the 26 lb. model.

There are rubber Chuckit balls in my possession. How would this work with the grippy texture of their shoes?

With our Chuckit, we use lacrosse balls that don't cause any issues. Our dog absolutely eats tennis balls, so we have to find something that's more durable.

In what ways does a small differ from a It's a 2" ball they both use, they say. A 1 would be great. How much space would I need for my little ?

The dimensions of the two are 16' long for the mini and 21' long for the small, based on what I read. The size of the ball they use is both 2". shaft of the chuck will be longer if it is longer. They seem to not make a size that has a 1. I don't own either of these, but they don't make a size that has There is a ball that measures 5" in diameter.

It is really too long, 26 minutes is too much
4/5

This is the 26m that I bought after breaking my other chuck it. The thing I bought was like 7 feet long, and I didn't realize it. I usually sit on the porch and smoke outside with my German shepherds while we toss the ball around. To annoy you till you throw up, they like to irritate the crap out of you. I have to admit that it was much longer than I had anticipated. I now spend my time sitting on the porch dodging the stick as my wife lobs the ball to me. It takes her almost 30 seconds to throw the ball after knocking over everything in her path (narrowly missing my face and the porch ceiling). Overall I realize the 26m was my fault, but at the same time why would they advertise the longer Yet when I attempt to throw this javelin out onto my field at home, it launches the ball far beyond the distance John Elway can throw a When you hit a golf ball, have you ever found it difficult to keep track of it? The situation is the same. In the whirl wind that follows the throw of the ball with an excalibur, the children and trees as well as all that is in its path are knocked down. the ball is released, my dogs rip their asses and run after it. They usually disappear for days after they have gone hunting, but when they come back I have to remove their newly printed dogstags with the words "Pedro" and "Anabella," which have been placed there at some point during their expedition to find the holy Chuckit in all, I find it quite impressive, also, it appears to be a bit too large for what I need.

The planned obsolescence of a product
3/5

Here are a few (pointed) thoughts on With the ® launcher, you can launch all kind of media The basic concept works great, in fact it's a life-saver for us when it comes to tiring out our three hyperactive standard poodles. We've used these launchers in all their variations over the past 20 years. The ball is clearly in their court Now that we have addicts on our hands, we can't stop them. In the past few years, there has been a notable degradation in the product. This is most evident in the cup's grip and pick-up properties. It's time to get it going. I'm no materials scientist, but it appears that the plastic has changed so that much of its elasticity has been lost-the cup fails to hold the ball after a short period of time (a couple months of use), whereas it used to last for more than a year. You can see how stretched out the cup becomes when it gets out of the water-needless to say, it can't pick up the ball any longer! We're down to our last four Chucks In many ways, all the trees (pictured) are afflicted with the same thing, though the orange (smaller one) may be a bit less affected than others. A loss of elasticity as mysterious as this in second/improved versions smacks of planned obsolescence. We have to accept the fact that We have bought at least 10 of them over the years. In a last ditch effort, we tried another product that we also purchased on Amazon the Hyper-Energizer A throw to your pet - . GO® (the In its) Hyper---- The price of Pet is nearly identical, but it has clung to its cup's 'grab-ability' It takes much longer than expected to reach this level of ability. In fairness, it is a bit shorter than the 26M, so you will have to bend over a bit The neck region of the ball is more flexible, which may cause a slight reduction in throw distance, but which should still be great for hyperactive standard poodles and which also saves you wrist and forearm/elbow pain There's no reason for me to resubmit We have experienced humeral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) since switching (yes, we use them EVERYDAY! Hyper-linked structures are on the downside Black is the only color Pet can be found in, with its circular 'extra-large' size I think it is gimmicky to store balls in the handle. I feel partially exploited and abused by the Phine-people at Chuck- I am not quite sure whether that is fair or not- Considering how I feel about 'engineered obsolescence' and the fact we've been such great customers, this was obviously important to me. Added to all of that, I wrote back to them a month ago about my observations and have not heard from them. As a result, Chuck has - Due to this seemingly 'throwing the match', I've decided to turn the page and "throw in the towel". I'll be back in a minute. Please note *BR*.

That's the best toy, end of story
5/5

This is the best dog toy available on modern planet Earth, especially when it's combined with the Max glow ball. It's tough to move him to the opposite side of the room because he's so burly. She is a pit bull mix with a highly developed prey drive, and if I let her chase the glow ball for hours, she would chase it for hours. I appreciate the small size of the launcher for these games because sometimes we have to play fetch in a small area. In smaller areas, the larger launchers will not be as exciting. Although it might be easier to throw the ball properly, you can play the same games. Furthermore, the small launcher is much easier to carry than the large launcher. I can fit the small launcher in my dog's mouth Take a walk It's easy for me to put stuff into my backpack (with the ball inside the launcher, so I don't have to dig later), but the big ones are more difficult. There is also a hole in the end of the launcher, so you can attach a carabiner to it to hang it from your bag. larger ones usually swing back and forth too much, and are too long for that. As well as- The launcher is also a favorite of my dog and when I give it to her, she frequently plays keep-away with it The cat is adorable as it runs away. I have a big launcher in my possession that's hard for her to balance in her mouth, so she just chews on it until she gets it removed. I've had to put up with her chewing on all of the Chuck Its we've owned, but she's broken only one (a big one), but that was because she found it unsupervised. In my bag, a very small one is completely chewed up, but it still works well. This is a more sturdy version of the giant The only time we have had to replace anything is because we lost it. We are responsible for chewing the launcher into pieces, so we should be holding her accountable for that. Our default method is to keep the launcher and ball in the backpack so she cannot reach them and so they do not get lost, so we don't have to replace them too often. It's just not possible to find a better value in toys, and there is a low startup price as well. This is another product I'd recommend very highly. You cannot get it wet, no matter how wet the dog's mouth is or how wet the grass When you squeeze it, it collapses and pops out of your dog's mouth, so if you bite it at the wrong angle, it will fly away. This dog toy is fun to chase because it is slippery and collapses when squeezed A balloon that cannot be popped is very bouncy, and it stays bouncy Despite not being able to see it, it whistles so you can usually hear It really lights up enough to be able to play catch at night, even if you only have your cellphone flashlight to charge it! A. LATEST UPDATE It should have been stated that we have the 12M launcher, which means its handle is 12 inches long and it uses a medium-sized round cartridge You will need a ball of that size. There is one medium ball and two large balls. As long as the ball doesn't exceed 5 inches, the launcher will fit regular tennis balls as well. It is a shame, but my dog won't play with regular tennis balls anymore because they aren't near as much fun as glow balls, and she probably doesn't like to play with gross slushy muddy tennis balls. After losing my shorter launcher a few months back, I was only able to find a long one nearby, which made me realize that you have to lean over a lot more when using As a result, if you have difficulty leaning over to the point that your hand is about a foot above the ground, you may have a problem using this. It would be nice if Amazon let us make color choices, since my old one was green, and my new one is orange, and they're both bright enough to see on the grass, even at night, from far away. Despite all, it is the most exciting.
