I am at a loss as to how to manage him. It's hard, but what can you do? As well as the belly band diapers, I use a Prevail absorbent pad (similar to Depends). Even though he soils the pad often throughout the day, the diaper is dry the majority of the time. We just have to replace the pad each time after he goes, but we continue to use the same diaper every We haven't yet had an accident with these (after more than 2 weeks of using them every day), but a little urine has made its way past the pad occasionally. Pee had been found in the half maxi pad and the diaper within 10 minutes of him beginning to pee. I opened it, and found the half maxi pad was dry and contained all the urine. The article I was searching for was exactly what I needed. It was important to me to have a diaper that I could use a pad inside, so I would not have to own dozens of them and do laundry EVERY day! I absolutely love it - I don't know what I would do without it The Ocean sea creature set I got was easy to find on Amazon and I sent my friends a video with him walking around the Beatles Octopuses Garden. They loved it, ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. In terms of absorbency, I cannot comment, as I am using pads within them, but they don't seem overly thick. There is a nice medium layer inside which should contain any leaks however, there is no waterproofing inside, but it would be good if there was. It is a good idea to use pads inside them too if you plan to use them. Our next test will be how well they hold up after washing. If I have time, I will update after a few months, but keep in mind I am not washing them every day, I'm probably going every week or all the way up However, so far they seem to be perfect for the way I'm using them with my dog. It is impossible to overstate the effectiveness of these doggie diapers. problems with my little boy marking inside the house, but as soon as I put him in a diaper, the issue was resolved. was able to see results right away. Only once has he peed in it, and it has not happened since then. I wanted to make sure that my dog would be safe, but even with it as tight as it can go it is still TOO Having already had to reorder once because I ordered at the wrong time the first time is frustrating, so it frustrates me even more to waste my money on what was supposed to be the best option this time. In retrospect, I should have just reordered the same ones I initially ordered when I started using them. Anyway, this is what it comes down to.
