We're caring for a wonderful dog who has had a spinal injury and is slowly regaining his ability to walk. He was still tired and dragging his little paws when we got him. We were able to avoid infections with physical therapy and the use of silver spray, and he is now able to walk without difficulty. We'd lift him up and spritz his paws (each time if he reopened the skin) before laying him back in his pillow bed when he was tired out, and his skin was scabbing and healing within two days. When he slipped, the scabs came off, but he was less irritated and inflamed underneath. My Tonkinese cat had awful lesions on his neck, shoulders, and in the area between his eyes and ears. His age was 15, and he had recently begun treatment for hypothyroidism. I took him to the vet several times, and they gave him an antibiotic shot while they awaited the results of tests to determine whether the problem was bacterial or fungal in nature. They also gave him drops and then an ointment that claimed to be effective against both types of infection. He received treatment for both types for three weeks and showed little improvement. Both bacteria and fungal tests came back negative, so they took him off the medication to see if it was a reaction, but after a week, there was still no improvement. My toy poodle had a yeast or fungus of some sort under his front legs on both sides of the body-leg junction. The vet was perplexed because antibiotics had failed to work. I'm glad I found this product because I was so frustrated with the other ointments and sprays I tried for yeast and fungal infection that didn't work. I WOULD GIVE IT TEN STARS AND MORE IF I COULD. I have a Shih Tzu who gets hot spots all the time, and I spent hundreds of dollars at the vet trying to find a solution. The drugs they gave him were extremely toxic, and he experienced negative side effects as a result. We didn't sleep for days because he was so sluggish and unhelpful. After that, I went on the internet to look for something natural. After reading these reviews, I decided to give this product a try.
