Questions & Answers
I'm sorry, but there's no indication that these are sterile anywhere on the package or in the description, and after inspecting and using them, I have my doubts. Simply opening the bag exposes every single pipette to contamination. In most cases, sterile items are individually wrapped/sealed, but this is not the case here. In general, these are overpriced for the value they provide - non- pipettes that are sterile, fundamental, and easy to use. I only buy these when I have a pressing need for them because they are much less expensive elsewhere. If you clean them, keep in mind that the most important part of the collection could be killed by tap water residue. Best wishes to you.
Slip on
I can't recall the exact number, but there were about eight or ten pipettes in one package.
Cutting would result in a sharp edge, which I would not want. Simply reduce the amount of time you spend inserting.

Please push blue flexible tip well onto syringe before dealing with any liquids (especially valuable semen) because there are no manual instructions, directions, or helpful links. With a syringe and a straw, you can perform the same functions. You are saving money by doing so.
These pipettes are the ideal size for a 4 female to A Yorkshire Terrier, which I breed. I used to buy the AI kit, but the pipettes were always way too long. It was necessary for me to cut them down. br>I'm getting ready to use these new ones on a female who is about to come into heat. This is the size you'll need if you're going to use them to breed small dogs.
This is fantastic. It works well, but the insertion process is a little clumsy. It's a cut-off piece of glass. It is rigid and does not bend. I would purchase this item again. I completed the task at hand.
On the tip, there isn't a very good seal. These are adequate, but not exceptional. Because the tip on some syringes doesn't have a good seal, the pipette blew up the first time I used it, and I had quite a mess to clean up. The next time, I simply pushed very slowly and it worked without a hitch, so be aware that you may need to employ this strategy as well. I'd rather have something a little more flexible, and these are quite rigid. They serve their purpose.
MY BAD. This product receives five stars from me because it is well-made. It was my fault for not researching the proper size, as these must be made for a small dog like a chiwaiwa. For medium and large breeds, they are ineffective.
Before handling any liquids (especially valuable sperm), make sure the blue flexible tip is firmly attached to the syringe. Other retailers sell these for less than $5.
It was a success. Puppies will be arriving soon.
