The first summer cut is always a chore for me when grooming my two Australian Shepherds. It's always a battle with the blades, which require constant stopping, cleaning, and oiling. After a year of struggle, I finally got my hands on my first ceramic blades, and I apologize for the delay. I used them for the second time this summer on the dogs' haircuts, and the blades far exceeded my expectations. True, the true test will come when their hair grows back long, but I expect everything to go smoothly. I recommend the ceramic blades for an extra few dollars.

I was pleased with the quick shipping and low price, but the 7F did not even cut the hair on my mixed breed small dog when I used it on my Oster 2 speed. I finally realized that I hadn't pushed the blade down far enough to seat it before snapping it into place. It cut like butter once I did that. I am extremely pleased and satisfied.
