I've had poodles for 40 years and have used almost every Clipper blade ever produced. These are the best blades on the market; I swear by them and will never use another. They really do cut like butter through the fur. A 7 f or an eight and a half f is what I usually use.

I really liked this new blade, and it was a great product

It glided right through the dense coat of my standard poodle. It arrived in a timely manner, packaged in a box rather than in a difficult-to-open plastic bag. In the future, I will purchase blades from this manufacturer. I've only tried it on two poodles so far.

Grooming blades of the highest quality! Geib's Buttercut Blades are by far my favorite; as a groomer, I've used blades from a variety of companies, and these are by far the best, leaving the best finish on all coat types! They're the best at slicing through thick doodle coats! These blades come highly recommended!

These Buttercut blades deliver a very smooth cut hold and edge for a long time, even when faced with thick, matter hair, which I go through blades pretty quickly as a professional pet groomer.

I used to be an Andis Ultraedge devotee, but after receiving my first Buttercut, I'll never go back! You should definitely spend your money on these if you're a pro groomer.
