When it comes to dealing with after-sales issues, customer service is extremely patient. We're having issues with sales. The trash bag was broken the last time I bought a leash, so I called the after-sales department. They promptly mailed me a replacement and refunded a portion of my purchase price. Then there was a very positive attitude, so don't be concerned about the after-effects. there are issues with sales Please contact after-sales if you have any issues. I got the kit today and immediately started using it on my dogs. The brush, as well as the comb, are excellent. My huskies despise being brushed, but at least now I can brush them on my own. It used to take both my husband and I to brush them with the furminator style brush. They still don't like it when they're brushed, but with this brush, they complain a lot less. It removes an incredible amount of hair in a fraction of the time it takes other brushes. So far, this is the best brush I've come across.
This brush has gotten rid of a lot of hair on both my dogs and my longer-haired cats. cats with long hair - HUGE quantities! However, I must use it with caution because it appears to "pull" a little. My cats, on the other hand, appear to be much more at ease now that all of their hair has been removed; they look SO much sleeker/shinier, and there isn't as much random hair around the house. Note: This brush does nothing for my short-haired cat's coat, so I wouldn't recommend it for short-haired cats.
We've got a Great Pyrenees mix with a thick undercoat. She screams and screams and screams and scream as if it were a summer snowstorm! We thought she'd be bald by the end of the brushing the first time we used it on her because there was so much hair falling out. We used to brush her with a regular doggie brush and she would shed hair, but not like this. She doesn't like being brushed, no matter what kind of brush is used, but she tolerates it well. What a difference we've seen on our furniture and rugs since we started using this! We also have a pit mix with short hair, and this method does little to no good for him in terms of hair removal. It's designed specifically for dogs with thick undercoats.
Because I own two dogs, I purchased this. One of them is a Heeler, while the other is a Lab/Retriever. I figured the Lab/Retriever would benefit from the rounded blade side, while the Heeler would benefit from the comb side. The comb side is ideal for the Lab/Retriever, while the other is ideal for the Heeler. I believe we will be able to use the other side once we have removed some of her long hairs, but for now, it is working perfectly. We have to do this outside, so she just lays down and lets us brush her until something else catches her attention. ) The Heeler is constantly attempting to butt in so that he may be brushed. Overall, for my two dogs, this is an excellent tool.
I'm not sure why they're inquiring about the length. For a dog brush, it's odd. In any case, I'm a big fan of it. I have two terrier mix mutts and one Danish-bred jack Russell. He's a mix of a Swedish farm dog and a shedding machine. I wasn't sure it would work on him because he has such short hair, but it does get rid of the undercoat and shed. I have enough fur from my terriers to make another dog by the time I'm finished. They don't seem to enjoy themselves, to be honest. I'm sure it bothers them a little; they don't seem to enjoy it while I'm using it on them, but once I'm done, my little girl runs all over the place flaunting her new look. It appears to be quite long-lasting. When my kids lose this one, I will definitely buy another.
I've been trying to keep mats out of my Maine Coon cat's fur for a long time, and a regular cat brush just doesn't seem to cut it. I don't want to have to cut them out! This comb was discovered and it appears to be functional. To avoid hurting your pet, use both sides as needed, and be patient if mats have already formed. They'll make their appearance.
This brush is fantastic! We have four dogs at home, including a Siberian husky and a Shepherd, and I was able to groom the husky's coat without causing him any discomfort. I was on my way to getting the undercoat with the utmost ease. He has the appearance of a brand-new puppy. I've already begun grooming the shepherd, which is similar to shearing a sheep: It's so easy that the hair nearly falls out. Without a doubt, this is a five-star product!.
I have a large Maine Coon, and we've been brushing her every day since receiving this. He enjoys the attention, and I'm always surprised at how much fur he attracts. This should keep the big snarks out of his fur a lot better. For storage, it comes in a convenient cloth bag.
