My Husky is the most obnoxious dog on the planet. She is a princess who despises clumps of fur, dislikes being brushed, and generally enjoys being a brat. I even have to cut up large trears for her because she doesn't like them in large chunks. Lol. She doesn't like brushing her undercoat in place, but once we're done, she prances around. She handled the brushing well and was unfazed by it. Overall, she was able to remove a significant amount of fur from beneath her overcoat, and her fur now looks and feels much healthier. It did a good job, was simple to clean, and was reasonably priced. All of your points are valid in my opinion.

It works wonders on my German Shepard, and it's of incredible quality. This fall, my German Shepard has been shedding like crazy, and I've been looking for a good quality brush that actually works. This is the grail of all grails! Brushing with a lot of force will hurt their skin, but this is true of all brushes in this style. With its double-sided Combes, it removes a LOT of hair. This is the first brush that my dog looks forward to me using. It is impossible to overestimate the value of this book.

When it came time for grooming, as a first-time pet/cat owner, I had no idea what to expect. After two years, it's clear that this cat despises being brushed. I attempted to use deshedding gloves on the cat, but he was terrified. My previous tool worked well, but the cat would constantly yell at me and flee. That turned a five-minute task into a one-hour scavenger hunt around the house. I figured the tool might be causing her pain, so I switched it out. This is a fantastic tool. I couldn't believe how much hair it got rid of. However, the cat, as is customary, despises it and flees in terror when it sees it. I've come to the conclusion that it's the cat, not the tools, that's the issue. Having said that, it's still a fantastic film. It's also not difficult to clean the hair off of it, which is wonderful.

I had to brush for 10 minutes with that one to get the same amount of hair as the new brush gets in 2 minutes. Which is great because brushing sets off my cat's temper. She doesn't like it, as you can probably tell from her expression in the photo, but that is true of all brushes. The large size is advantageous because I also have a large shepherd-lab mix dog, and brushing him with the small brush took an eternity. br>br>CONS (well, not exactly cons; more like potential cautions): Because the brush is large and heavy, use a light touch when using it on a cat, because if you're not careful, you could clunk 'em pretty hard. It's possible that it's too big for a small kitten, ferret, or guinea pig, but that's just a thought.

I was initially skeptical of this brush because the rake appeared to be difficult to use and I didn't get any dead fur off my cats when I first tried it. But then I flipped it over and brushed with the fine comb side first, which got rid of a lot of hair. After that, I tried the rake once more, and it worked like a charm! There were piles and piles of dead underwear on the floor. One of my cats enjoys the process, while the other only tolerates it tolerably, but it has no negative consequences for them. This is something I would strongly recommend, and it appears to be much less expensive than the furminator for what appears to be the same product.

I'm responsible for two black cats with short hair. I put it on both of them and saw what happened. It was despised by the person in question. However, this isn't a new occurrence. The other was giddy with delight. It's possible that some of her happiness stems from the fact that she's on the mend. This cat is the feline equivalent of a crack addict. She's scrawny and tiny, and she's a whirlwind of energy. She is 1 1/2 years old but still looks like a kitten. I didn't realize she was wearing so much underwear. However, after 5 minutes, I had a large handful of fur on my hands. She was swaying from side to side, oblivious to the fact that she was having so much fun The other person will simply have to put up with it. I'm never going to buy another brush brand. br>Please accept my apologies for the poor quality of the flash photos. But I felt compelled to show the contrast between her and the ball of fur I had retrieved. Also, don't pass judgment on my filthy dining room table.

They rush to get their turn as soon as I take it out of the drawer! It's a little more difficult for my German Shepherd to use; it works perfectly on her back, but you have to hold the skin really tight whenever you're around skin that's a little loose. This is the first time I've used the deshedder, so it's possible that this is standard. But it gets rid of a lot of hair and doesn't seem to bother my animals at all; in fact, when we're done, they seem to be quite relaxed.

This is fantastic. I deviated from the sizing chart and was advised that a medium would be appropriate for my dog. No, it was far too large. We, on the other hand, manage to make it work. This is the second one I've bought. When my dog crossed over the rainbow Bridge, I gave away the first one. She had LONG HAIR, and this was the only thing that could get past it. This is something that I would strongly advise anyone to try. Just be careful not to comb with all of your strength. It has a definite edge.
