I am very pleased with them. I am so glad we sent these with the puppies to their new homes after we had a litter of puppies. The records are nice and thick with no unnecessary pieces on the record, but there is also an area to write notes on. This is a recommended read!.

Every time I go to Shih-I give them out This puppy is a Shih Tzu. On these they are printed in red and blue on a type of paper like cardstock. My plan is to order more when I go out of town.

Cards for keeping track of health information

The puppies I have were 6 weeks old, and they needed their first set of vaccinations and dewormings. Due to the fact that I am doing these myself, I needed health record cards to pass on to new owners when they are adopted. I could record dates on these cards since they have everything I needed. It is very easy.
