Despite the fact that you can size the collar down , it is intended for a large breed dog like a husky.
There is no way you can do that. LARGE is the size of the collar that came with mine. IT CAN BE ADJUSTED, BUT IS NOT PERMANENT. Specifically, I have a golden retriever named Sophie that weighs about 75 lbs and this fits her perfectly. That might help, but I have no idea. It is my hope that it is.

highly recommend this product! As a vet tech I find having a pet first aid kit to be extremely important. I love taking our pup for walks, especially when we are hiking! There is really nothing that it does not have. If someone uses this kit in an emergency and is unfamiliar with pet first aid, then I would like a pet first aid handbook. Also, hydrogen peroxide would be a great addition to the kit. Otherwise, it is perfect and a lot bigger than I expected!.
It includes any number of sterile pads, bandages, styptic pens, gloves, blankets, etc. All very However, there is a water bowl as well. What the heck? It is likely that you have a dog, and you will have a water bowl in the car anyway if you carry a dog first aid kit. The collar is a little strange, isn't it? The collars I give my dogs are already on them. You could take a stray dog to the vet if you find one? There is something borderline useful about this whole thing. You'll have to add quite a bit of stuff to it to make it complete. Do not cut the number of sterile pads in half. Make sure you have two or more rolls of stretch tape extra. In summary, it's a decent beginning but to have a complete dog first aid kit in your car, there are a few things you'll need to add. For example, if you want to include peroxide, Benadryl, antibiotics, etc.
Despite the limited amount of space in the case, the items are high-quality, legitimate, and fit nicely in it. The case itself is decent, and the contents are, for the most part, legit. We were very disappointed to find the tweezers to be In the kit, it is likely to be the most frequently used item. Even if I need to get metal tweezers, I would prefer a few less bandages and wrappings. In addition, no first aid pamphlet was available, nor were there any guidelines for using the products. This is a little disappointing for the product as a whole, as well as a missed opportunity. You might want to replace the tweezers and print out your own guide if you don't mind replacing the ones in the package.
The average pet owner may not know what to do with all of the items, but I hope to help them. Adding an emergency instructional card to the kit would be a great idea. This is a gift card for my mom's vet's office that I will send to her.
Taking care of small animals with a first aid kit is great. Unlike first aid kits sold in the past, this one includes everything you need to treat burns, minor wounds, and others. However, no first aid kit is perfect, so here are some things I added Please note *br*br*- The tourniquet - The Feliway calming pads are available at www. feliway. com - The charcoal antidote can be applied to all types of poisons I induce vomiting by using hydrogen peroxide 3%-- I'm Chito The Sam 100 four-by-four pad is designed for treating serious wounds - Granules of Celox to stop bleeding
Bites are to be avoided with this bandage (so they don't bite it)- Gel and tallow for burning The dressing* - A better tape would have been better - The triangle bandage needs safety pins These Warm Hands toe warmers keep your feet warm. This is twice. Please note
You can use a It is pretty useless, as the water bowl and bandaids are as well. The space that is created by taking these items away can be used Replace the tweezers and tick remover with metal ones if you have them. Initially, it comes with two wide sticks of popsicle sticks for splinting, but ideally you should find something flexible and still sturdy, like a SAM splint, so it can shape to the animal's leg. *br /*br /Rewind When you reroll your cling gauze without the center spool, it will fit in your hand more easily. In general, based on my searches, you're not going to find a better kit out of the box.
While this is a nice bag to have, there are no directions or labels for some of the Something is growing that looks like a chapstick tube, but we haven't found out how it works. A large dog collar was also included with the collar they sent- In spite of what the product claims we were not able to specify what size when we ordered.
It would be difficult to find any options that would suit cats, and I was aware that the kit was a little bit I am disappointed that this kit did not meet my expectations, even though I did not have high expectations. In the first instance, the saline eye wash product was past its expiry date (October 2020 for product delivered in May 2012). There are a number of random items in the kit While a fancy collar is present, you won't have access to all of the basics you'll need for dealing It's possible to buy items that do not include pet care The appropriate response. I would love to watch a Rayco International Ltd representative try to fix a cat's fur with a band-aid. When someone has their eye put out, the tweezers are better at removing anything from their eye than lifting out anything. However, I remain positive about the product and give it two instead of one star. If tongue depressors, pet-stimulants, and other items were included, that would be fine Maintaining an appropriate level of self-care A bandage, a syringe and a styptic pencil. The good news is that pet first aid kits rarely include those items. It is actually pretty well organized inside, with pockets in all the right places. The pros and cons of buying a kit and expanding it are sometimes easier to comprehend than starting over Generally, I can't recommend this kit, but I also did not return it.
I was able to clean up all the cuts that my puppy got from playing with his young cousin and had enough to continue cleaning it for days. He got a few bites from his "brother cousin" young puppy. A must-have item is the light up collar for nighttime safety, and the water bowl made quick pit stops on the long car rides much easier. I recommend this product without hesitation.
