No, they stay connected. The little pins that hold the panels in place go in the top. However, you could fold two panels together to solve your problem.
If you buy two, you can make it twice as big.
Yes, I know people who have toy poodles and use the 24" size. We use ours for a 9-pound chihuahua, and it's way too tall for us. (You can also step over a 24," which is difficult to do with the others)
We have three sets of four-foot-tall panels and one set of two-foot-tall panels. We installed eye hooks on the travel trailer frame to attach with zip ties, and all four connect easily. When we're RVing, it works perfectly, and our dogs are safe and content in their own space. We set it up, break it down, and pack it all away in 15 minutes.

However, as several others have already stated, the product description on this is completely incorrect! One (1) set of panels configured in a "square" formation would only cover 16 square feet, and even if you went with an exact "octagonal" shape, you'd only gain a little more than 3 square feet. up to a little more than 19 square feet They don't even come close to the 64 square feet they advertise! (br>br>We've already bought five (5) of these, and they're great, but we started with just two (2) sets, in a pseudo-pilot program. As we expanded, we quickly realized that we wouldn't be able to do long, straight sections of fencing because the added length of the sides weakened the fence's stability. even with the stakes that come with it! As a result, we zig-zagged our way to the finish line. We zigzagged the fencing, ensuring that each panel had a small angle. Nothing too serious, perhaps a ten. Every panel was at a 20-degree angle, or so, but it seemed to be enough to allow us to join all five (5) sets into one much larger pen. It's not a square or an octagon, but something in the middle, with zig-zag lines. edges that are zigzagging br>br>For those who are curious (but don't want to do the math), here are the areas you can achieve by combining the sets in a "square" configuration. br>1 = 16 sq ftbr>2 = 64 sq ftbr>3 = 144 sq ftbr>4 = 256 sq ftbr>5 = 400 sq ftbr>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br> br>1 = 19 sq ftbr>2 = 77 sq ftbr>3 = 174 sq ftbr>4 = 309 sq ftbr>5 = 482 sq ftbr>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>b.
An incredibly low-cost way to keep your dog safe in a fenced-in area. There are a few points to consider. I have a runner's jack russell mix. can leap to incredible heights Despite the fact that she has never attempted to flee, I would never leave her alone for even a minute. Buy extra stakes (for added stability—though I think it would have been fine with the ones provided) and, most importantly, buy zip ties if (like me) you're connecting multiple units because the gate closures don't hold up well—but for this price, I think it's worth it. Who cares if it's such a simple solution. Three units are linked together as you can see. Is this something that you could do inside? Unless you had carpet, I don't think you'd be able to do it. My guess is no, because it's the stakes that keep it in place, not the circular shape (or wood floors if you don't mind your dog moving it around your house). In the end, I'm very pleased with my purchase! For around $150, I have a leash-free zone where my dog can run around. (We all know how valuable peace of mind is). By the way, for my jumper, I went with the 42" H. She's a cross between a jack russell and a chihuahua. is 15lbs.
After reading numerous reviews, I decided on this option because it is both sturdy and portable. Lift the fence behind any mess that needs to be cleaned up with ease. To avoid scratching the floors, I placed two clear shower curtain liners underneath it. She pierced the top shower curtain with tiny holes, but she was unable to bite through to the bottom one, leaving my floor dry. I use a grabber to reach things, so wiping down the shower curtain with a slightly damp, soapy paper towel or Clorox wipe is a breeze. br>Her toys and pee pad are in her small crate, which is in the pen. br>PSbr>I also ordered a pawz blanket from Amazon, which is very warm and easy to clean.
My 5 pound dogs love it. We're using it to create a potty area in the backyard, and it's very simple to set up. I can reach in and pick up my dogs because I'm not too tall.
Before buying this one, I read a lot of reviews and researched a lot of different products. I'm satisfied with it overall. Although there is a fence around the perimeter of all three backyards for my building, I live in a corner lot townhouse with a fence that circles the perimeter. I wanted my dog to be able to run around freely without being restrained by a leash. I bought TWO 30" high fence sets, one with a gate and the other without. They're the ideal height for my miniature dachshund, but the gate is useless. I strongly advise against using the no-gate option and instead simply stepping over it to enter and exit. I have two sets, one on each side of my back yard, so that my dog has plenty of room to run around and play. These fences are quite flimsy when they aren't in a circle or square shape. They're a little wonky because I wanted them to be more stable. To be honest, they are excellent value for money. My gripes are relatively minor.
I bought this for my small dog with the door, but due to the way the door locks are designed or placed on this particular gate, neither of the two locks will move, preventing the door from opening.
Fence. We already have two AmazonBasics pet crates and are very happy with them. We were in desperate need of something to block the large entryway on our massive porch and were impressed with the quality, so it wasn't a leap to try out this product. We needed something to keep our dog from running away every time we went out on the porch because he was a chronic runaway. We detached the two sides of the exercise pen and stretched it out across the space (approximately seven feet across) with a few panels left over. Neighbors have even come up to us and inquired about the fence. Our dog is a small Foxhound (50 pounds) who jumps exceptionally well. He could easily get over this 30" fence if he really wanted to, but he hasn't even considered it because there is a step down on the other side, and the quality is excellent as expected. The bottom has been scuffed by the concrete porch floor, but that isn't a problem for me. Something to be aware of - Only one set of panels, not all of them, can be removed. We had hoped to use the panels in two different locations, but this will not be possible. This product is excellent, and I would purchase more if the need arises.
