While this leash lasted, it was a great leash. In about 24 hours, my 50lb lab broke it. He gave one pull The situation seems odd to me. I received a new leash and have been using it every day since I received it. I think this leash is great. First time I bought the leash, I must have gotten a defective one.
I really like that this leash uses nylon ribbons instead of cords. Stitching with reflective thread can be helpful.
To top it all off, their customer service was amazing.

As far as retractable leashes go, this will be my second one (both different). There is an 80# Chocolate Lab in my family who is 2 years old. It had a thin ribbon for the leash in the first version. As a result, I was concerned it would break. Having it for one day caused it to get frayed quickly since it was caught on a branch.
I found this one to be much better made and stronger than the last one. Compared to the narrow ribbon, the thicker ribbon has a much higher reflectivity. I like the reflective ribbon that comes with it. Despite its ease of use, it is not completely seamless. I noticed that when I pressed the button, the brake mechanism wasn't holding my dog when he pulled on it the first time out. Several gears seemed to be stripping and sounding like they were losing traction. Later that week, my dog saw someone he knew and started to run while it was locked, but it wasn't able to stop I was thankful the other person was just a little bit further than he was and kept the leash until he reached the end of it. There was a jam in the leash, and I was unable to unlock it. It was locked and I thought it was broken, but I was finally able to unlock it. Now, if you pull just a tiny bit, it won't hold. This one is being sent Despite this, I really like everything else about this leash, which makes me want to order another one in the future. One of the best options for dogs that don't pull too hard is this one.

The leash I purchased in November 2018 for a 50lb hound is the first of several I have tried. I ripped the leash ribbon cable within two months and it is now January 2019. It's a good thing my dog was still inside at the time. Don't even waste your time. If the leash ribbon is awful, even a tank can roll on it. The case itself is solid, but what good is it if the case itself is? It's on the way back now, hope it goes well.

I enjoyed using this leash very much! During the night I wanted my dog to potty outside in the yard, so I ordered a retractable leash. Wow this is a really bright thing! I didn't realize it was reflective! Definitely a safety measure worth mentioning. It is a great leash that I would buy again.

I bought this leash just recently. My dog would pull so hard that the leash would become stuck if the leash was too tight. We had the Great Choice brand at first. Additionally, he loved to grab his leash with his mouth and go for a walk on his own. I love it. I took her for a walk the other day, and her leash broke in half. She was cute but the leash couldn't withstand it. The result was that I went online to find something stronger and ended up purchasing Our dog has had a couple occasions to pull on it so far, but it seems stronger than the other leash and it doesn't get caught so far. Our dog enjoys being able to freely enjoy the freedom when the collar is locked in place. It is easy to lock and to unlock the collar when needed. It is also adorable that the bone is so small- Attached to the handle of the bag is a shaped bag holder. It is impossible to tell you how many times our dog has pooped on a walk, and I have not brought any bags with me. It's no longer a problem for me. The leash is designed to be incredibly durable and highly functional. When going on walks, you should be especially cautious if your dog is sturdy, strong, and has a lot of energy!.

Are we talking about the same thing? These leashes are very nice, although I am not certain that the durability is comparable with those on the market. Buying the first one was completed in 2018. A locking mechanism was not common at the time in retractable leashes that were reasonably priced. After spending a lot of time on the locking mechanism, the product failed recently. There is no way my dog would exceed the weight threshold, but he pulls on the leash frequently when squirrels, rabbits, or other wildlife are present along the trail. Having just purchased a replacement, I noticed that many of the alternatives had similar features, such as reflective areas for walking at night. I'm not sure if I made the right choice or if there is a more durable option available for $15 or less A price range between $20 and $30.

We have noticed an improvement in the quality of our walks since we started using this leash. Currently, we are working on a 2-month plan Mix aged 3 to 4 years old who loves to explore, sniff, and nibble everything. He weighs only 30 pounds, but his powerful leg muscles allow him to pull up to 80 pounds once he gets started. A retractable leash that is both heavy duty and durable was one of the main features I was looking for in such a product. It has proven itself to be a worthwhile tool during our use of it for over a month now. We have noticed the retracting mechanism is strong and has been free of tangles. As the leash has gotten wrapped around trees and bushes, no signs of wear have been seen. It comes with a hook ring that is useful for connecting poop-bags There is also a little flashlight and a bag dispenser. It is certainly a benefit since our dogs are now given a 30' zone to move around in instead of the 12' circle they used to have.
