I highly recommend this product. Having my six-month-old Mini in the house as a baby was the first one I had The Aussie Doodle kept rubbing her face on the ground, which was wearing down the wire so that I was afraid of using it I decided I needed another one, so I bought In contrast to using a leash attached to her collar, my dog has a better sense of having this one on. Going for walks with her is so much less stressful and easier than taking her to the store. Besides cars and people, dogs and other animals can also cause her to jump and pull up like a crazy person. As I am trying to get control over my 17 month old while she is on Prozac, I find that the Halti harness is the best thing I can do.

I love A white Labrador Retriever puppy (3 months old in photos) was the first one we made. This is what we like. This is a great idea. In order to test the medium, we are returning it. It might be safer for puppy if the nylon strap is a little wider so that he can't slip (See last picture The halter I am trying to remove from him is causing him to fight me. By using a wider nylon piece, my pup would be able to pant more easily, and the halter would remain around his mouth. It's just a matter of sizing. Great product. I think it's just a trial and error thing.

I return to my leader, who is gentle. The little puppy I've been caring for had been using an old gentle leader that was too big for him, so I decided to switch to a halti. When I saw that the red padding doesn't cover the entire interior of the noseband, I was disappointed. The extra padding and other comfort features were a big part of what excited me about the watch. My dog avoided it as much as possible. The inside of the noseband looked exactly like the outside, and it felt very hard. It was much harder than the gentle leader (which has a padded inside of the noseband), and my pup was constantly tugging at it. He wouldn't get used to it and he ended up in pain under his eyes as a result. I thought he would get used to it eventually, but he didn't and rubbed himself raw (either that or the halti did). The fabric feels soft, but the whole inside of it felt scratchy to me in random spots, even though it is made of soft fabric. As a trainer, I recommended that I wrap it in moleskin, but it seems like I'll just get a gentle leader that fits me better. In just a few minutes after reinstalling the old one, he stopped fussing with it altogether.

After making my mistake and returning the wrong size, I learned that the shipping fee must be paid if the incorrect size is ordered and returned. That is a loss of nearly half of the total purchase price. My dog weighs 35 pounds, but I have a 10-year-old puppy's teeth. My snout is about an inch, so I purchased the small size since other buyers said the item was big. It is too small for her and she cannot wear it. It is best to buy this at a pet store where you can actually try it on your dog, rather than sending it back to the seller simply to get the right size. Instead of returning it, I will gift it to one of my dog's classmates.

The quality of the product is reasonable for the price. My leash goes through the eye of a bent hook, so I hook that through the eye of another hooked hook. When I was using it on a dog run without the nose piece, my dog was able to pull on the collar enough to increase its size, slip out its head An adjustment to the collar of the clothing solved that problem. The staples did not work for him either, despite my best efforts. The nose piece does not seem to please him at first, but after he gets walking he doesn’t notice it any more. Certainly it reduced the pain in my shoulder. In addition, he pulls less than he used to. The nose loop did not work for him so we tried again without it. But he quickly went back to his old habits. It would have been $35 in the store and he would have to order his size. The only thing I can rely on for myself and Riley.

In a state of desperation, I bought this. In order to obtain regular Halti, I had to wait a long time. My trainer and I both thought it was too rigid the moment we took it out of the box. Probably the part where the muzzle does not unlock when the dog does not pull is the most annoying. Returned it and got the The new version is better, in my opinion. My personal opinion is always the only basis for this review. My recommendation would definitely be a Halti normal (not an OptiFit) as an excellent tool until pulling a wire. One drawback is that it does not teach super intelligent dogs how to walk properly without the harness. The temporary relief is not a substitute for training, so it is merely a temporary measure. There is a reason that this Halti is more special than the regular ones. When they do not pull, it does not release the muzzle.
