Now that I've been pulled for over 8 years while walking my dog, I can finally have a pleasant The harness I put on my dog worked like a miracle she didn't pull at all The minute she knew she wasn't going to pull, she instinctively stopped pulling! The first time I put the dress on, she shook her head and I didn't like it, but then I found the right words to say when she shook her head, telling her what a good girl she was and telling her no. Even though she is a small dog, my dog was always pulling me from one side to the other and almost pulled me over several times (even though she is afraid of everything). With the Halti harness, however, the problem is eliminated! As we pass construction sites and trucks, she takes my hand and walks without pulling me, whereas she used to pull me when passing houses under construction (the nail guns used to really bother her). My dog has adjusted to the harness just fine after using it for a day and a half. I know that other dog owners have reported that their pups were able to remove the nose piece with their paws, but thankfully I did not have that problem. To achieve the best fit, it is important to be sure to get the correct size you don't want it to be too tight or too loose, so pay close attention to the sizing chart. I am extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend it to you.

It's nice because the ring is under her jaw, so it's not always tight and allows her to pant (we live in Florida and it's always hot here). As well as the safety clip, I like it. By having it, I decided to pass on another brand. In my opinion, I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it looks as if there ought to be a black nose pad for comfort, but there isn't. The head collar does leave an indent on our pup's snout, as it does leave an indent. This program does what it is supposed to do. This means that we can control the way she eats so we can keep her from picking stuff up from.
Oh, my! Hahahahaha! This is funny. In the small size 2 I bought for Border Collie cross my 35 pound dog, it fit her perfectly, but was too big for the border collie growing to 40 lbs. Buying a size 1 for a Border Collie puppy that weighs 40 pounds with a big nose was the right buy. It has been resized to the largest possible size. There was still an issue with the size. This is not the fault of the product, it is the behavior of the dog, so I can't give it the highest rating. When it comes to pulling dogs, I like it. There is no harm to dogs with these, and they are effective at stopping pulling. It is easy to learn to pull with harnesses!.

That's a pretty good halter, and it really The nose piece slides to the side due to the fact that the side straps are not stitched onto the nose piece. My dog looks funny and probably feels uncomfortable in it at first, but it isn't anything to worry about and he's fine with it for the time being. A 2 mile walk is what we do. The Gentle Leader which has an additional strap from the nose to the headband is really effective! Even though the dog hates it, it certainly keeps her from pulling when she walks.
Training our service dogs requires using the Halti and Holt headcollars only. I love their ease of use and the safety strap that secures the headcollar to the dog's collar, so you do not end up with a loose dog if they slip.
