The part works fine; I may have misunderstood the package description; this is not the seller's fault; the product is in good working order and fastens as it should

When I started putting them together on the kennel, I realized it was more of a parts and pieces kit than a complete one-of-a-kind replacement kit. I was able to use a variety of sizes of fasteners, but they weren't all uniform. So it's great if you're missing a few pieces, but it's not a complete kit.

Although ordering from OEM might have been less expensive, even with shipping costs, I'm glad I found them. The original equipment manufacturer was out of stock. The delivery was on time. Bolts of various lengths for various crate models are included in this universal kit.

Only 8 black nylon wing nuts were included in the package, so more are required

I used it as a travel dog carrier because each carrier has more than eight holes. It would have been much easier to use a package of 12 nylon wing nuts and 12 metal bolts.
