Is this a crate riser or a crate?

This is a wooden crate that is used to serve as a riser.

I'm considering strapping this crate to the back of my motorcycle. Will it stand the test of time?

I ordered two of these crates, and they are sturdy and just what I needed! Even the staining was excellent! And we're the perfect size! (The dimensions were a little confusing at first, but it all worked out!)

I'm always amazed by bikers. br>br>It arrived in a state of disarray. put together - There isn't any issue. As the construction process unfolded, I was able to relax with a glass of aged Napa Valley wine and observe the fascinating construction process carried out by my hired laborers. br>All I have to say is that I admire how some people work with their hands to keep traditions alive. It made a lovely night table once it was finished. br>br> The $600 distressed-look of the Starry String Lights was perfectly matched once they were installed. pallet bed with a wood finish br>At the end of the night, I now have a place to put my Kindle with "Go Set a Watchman" on it, as well as my Buddy Holly reading glasses. A lamp isn't possible due to the lack of space, but that's fine. I used a $100 Restoration Hardware vintage edison bulb with a 2700k temperature in a $350 industrial reproduction scissor-light fixture. A sconce lamp is a lamp that hangs from the ceiling and is attached to the wall above it. It emits an abundance of soft light. (Though I do wish it had been a smart bulb - I was able to turn it off using my iPhone. )br>br>Possible Negative: The slats have gaps in them, making it possible for a pencil or pen to fall through. (This isn't an issue for me because I'm no longer using paper - However, if you prefer to write by hand, such as with a fountain pen, this could be a problem. Things like that. )br>At the time, I was interested in leatherbound journals: That is, until the rest of the group joined in. br>br>Hint: if you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "innov If you're working with a group of people who are a little rough around the edges, Sand it and then leave it in the rain for a few weeks - It'll get a lovely patina over time.
