Questions & Answers

There are so many dimensions that confuse me. Can you tell me how tall the extra large is?

24 inches is supposed to be the height. As for the medium I ordered, it was supposed to be 18 inches high, but it came in at 15 inches high. As a result, I can't trust the measurements that they provide. Also, the steps are extremely unsteady, my 14lb dog wobbles up and down because there is no weight to them at all. I returned them as soon as I could.

Can you tell me what the maximum weight is?

I'm not sure how much weight can be carried. All of the material is foam, and it can be compressed relatively cat is fine on it even though she weighs 10 pounds.

Is fiberglass used as a flame retardant in this product?

Steps are made up of a soft foam rubber brick. To my knowledge, I have not tried burning it.

On the X Small, only 17 inches of the width of the step is provided. What is the shorter measurement of the width of the steps?

With my 53 pound lab mix with bad hips and dislocations, I bought the 3-step set. The product works quite well for him. As for the smaller one, I don't know.

It did not live up to expectations
3/5

My 14lb dog has trouble rising up the medium stairs since my bed is higher than he can reach. I received stairs that were not as advertised and weren't as high as the website Their height was, in fact, only 15 inches. There are not enough steps on my small dog's staircase and they wobble as she goes up and down. These stairs looked quite good from the reviews, so I bought them. In spite of this, I am greatly disappointed in this product. The manufacturer doesn't answer their phone when I try to reach them. Leaving a message is the only option. As far as I am concerned, I believe that this product is not very good, and the manufacturer does not appear to be responsive to As a result, I returned these stairs and will not be purchasing I am very disappointed in the.

There is a limit of 5 dogs per household! In addition to the hard plastic steps, I own carpeted steps with carpet in the middle of each step for my two In the daytime, my Boston Terrier/Pug (Bug) always runs around on the steps, but is scared at night because he believes if he touches the plastic part he is going to slip
3/5

I also have a small boxer who uses the steps. These steps seemed like a great idea to me because they are carpeted and they are They've tried them once & they found it to be ineffective The woman did not want to It feels as if their feet are buried into them. There are two dogs each weighing around 50 pounds. You need to follow these steps only if you have a small dog. She has a smaller, thinner pit bull than me, so I gave them to my daughter. It took her a long time to get up to where she was going I got it down once and I got it back up They will never be tried My friend, who owns two dogs that are quite small, is going to get them now. The first is a Rat Terrier and the second is an English Bulldog Another is a miniature mix between a Poodle and a Bijon! They will be able to follow the steps easily. A dog with any weight on the back should not do this. As much as I was excited about receiving them, I was also bummed out. Good quality and good design are the hallmarks of these products A nice material has been chosen.

Suitable for puppies up to 6 lbs! It loves it, especially by my 6 lb (mixed chihuahua, maltese, and shihtzu puppy)
5/5

The idea of him jumping onto the couch when he's no tall or strong enough made me grumpy. He kept attempting to get on and off the couch and needed to be picked Using this, we will no longer have to bend down to get him on the couch! Small dogs will find the foam steps perfect since they are made out of foam. From the moment I took it out of the box, my pup climbed up and sat on it. The book is worth buying!.

This works well for my five pound dog
5/5

It's a Chihuahua! It's great that these stairs are made of foam! There's an envelope that covers the foam pieces, and you stack them in the box and zip it up. It didn't take me long to complete. This cover is made of a lightweight smooth fabric that's almost tweed like on the sides. There is no doghair buildup on it since it is smooth. There is light velour on the step area of the cover, making it easy and comfortable for little feet to lace up. There is a word on the product details that says these are suitable for bigger dogs, but I would not recommend a dog over 25 pounds. As a result, they are lightweight, and while this makes them easy to move, it also means a larger dog can quickly remove them for going up or down the stairs. At first, spanky thought they were a little too steep, but once he got used to them, he liked them. It's hard to take a picture of him using them because he runs up and down them so fast! My opinion is that the price is appropriate, and I would certainly purchase this product.

Would have bought it earlier if I had known about it
5/5

The stairs on this floor are a favorite among our old yorkies. The steps work so much better than the other pet steps I've purchased over the years the taller height works well for beds or furniture, and they are light enough to move easily while remaining extremely It's a beautiful house with wide and deep stairs that the dogs can feel secure on. However, we do have a few that like to play king of the mountain on the top step, blocking the other from coming up.

I needed a new set of dog steps to replace the old, smaller ones I had in my room
5/5

These steps are sturdy, tall and wide. more appropriate for reaching a couch if they were needed for that. There is a 15 pound old dog in my house. The aging process made it difficult for him to see and balance, causing him to frequently fall off the steps. I found it to be too small or too tall. There are serious steps to be taken here! A dog bed that sits high or a larger and taller set of dog steps are a good option if your bed is high. It's great to have them. This does take up a lot of space, however, so make sure you have enough space for it.

This is a cheap zipper which puts the top step at risk of injury
3/5

I just received the The top step is packaged separately and must be placed in the top step cover, and then the zipper must be closed. Right at the end of the track, the zipper came off. As a result, if you cannot close the zipper, the step at the top becomes completely loose, and your dog could fall to the ground.

I have found a great brand
5/5

A senior dog (puggle) about 15 years old and His recent struggles with standing up on the couch and getting in bed by himself have likely caused you to worry. I get him up and he gets into bed by himself - it happens frequently. As soon as he gets off the bus . . . As I get on the plane The man wants to be a part of it. As he has reached the point where I am concerned about encouraging him to try to get up himself and as I cannot keep up with it, it was time to buy the stairs we had no idea we'd require. The Zinus XS appealed to me because it looked like the quality I was looking for, was portable and easy to carry around, and was at a great price. I'm sorry,

I was very pleased with how they arrived, and they came with a lot of really nice promotional materials Casper mattresses should be very similar to what you get with them, I would assume. The following *br The instructions were easy to follow and they assembled easily It doesn't take long to put in your second foam step and zip it closed to complete the staircase. Their light weight but sturdy construction makes them ideal for travel This foam has a nice give to it, but is more than capable of supporting a 25-pound weight The puggle weighs 30 lbs - This set is subtle and looks good in a living room There are no rigid structure or clunky aesthetics - We are very happy with the quality and the price our dog liked them right away. We might order an additional set for the dog bed even though we needed them for the living room and they have been a great.
