If a manufacturer makes the device, then I think it will work. Almost 25 pounds is the weight of my pug. There is a gap of 15 inches between the steps and almost six inches between each step. Stability is the key to their success. The ones we have are great!
I asked this question, but I did not receive a reply
Whether the print is preshrunk is unknown to me. I find that mine runs a little large. I will wash it in cold water and dry it with an air dryer if I wash it in a machine. The dryer would not be a good place for this.
There's no way to know if it will happen *br>I hope so *br>I'll

In a nutshell, We have a small 15 pound dog who can't jump on our king size bed, as it's too tall for her and it's hard on her knees to jump Our puppy is a big fan of these stairs, and she frequents them all the time. We had to train her with treats to get her used to them, but she made quick progress. She enjoys the ability to go on and off our bed as A great quality and sturdy product. In a few reviews, it was said the stairs were too narrow and the steps were too steep, but they were upside down in these reviews. In spite of the fact that I was not at home when the steps arrived, my husband sent me a picture and described them as being He flipped them over and said they were fine when put in the right way after I pointed out they were upside down. Here are a few things to keep in mind. One thing is that it is easy to turn them the wrong way. If they seem too steep or narrow, simply turn This is the July 2020 update They still hold a special place in her heart! Since a lot of people have already helped me because of my original post, I thought I'd do an update. The stairs are used on a daily basis throughout the day. Because she's a small dog, these have been able to withstand the test of time. In the middle of the steps, you can see that they are sagging a little and are starting to look worn, but this is My son foolishly sat on the stairs when they first came and they tore a little beneath him, but I don't think it affected them as far as I know. I don't know if this is gross, but I have not yet taken the fabric off to wash it. As far as I can tell, it unzips and is meant to be washed. Don't regret these stairs at all. I've spot cleaned it a few times and it cleans up just fine. A picture of the stairs is attached to illustrate the wear and sagging.
Although this product looks nice, the following features were a big distraction for me, and I can't recommend it, at least not to a friend. As far as height was concerned, there were no issues for me. It was also okay how wide the steps were overall. It was good to have a rise between steps as well. Each step is a bit too deep, and that is the problem. There isn't enough depth between each step of these steps so that my 7 lb dog can easily descend. Due to the steps being too skinny, she tries to avoid coming down the stairs and when she does, she either jumps across several steps at a time to compensate for her body length OR she misses the LEAP from the top step I wasn't trying to enable that, which is the very opposite of what I was avoiding. I have owned dog steps before that had a good depth to them, so they were easy to use.
The product I bought is for my chihuahua, who is about 15 pounds. While she was trying to walk up the steps, the stairs moved, and she fell in between the bed and the stairs. really do not recommend this for anyone unless they have a dog or cat under six pounds. I definitely do not believe what I was told.
There is not enough stability. For dogs that are too big, this method will not work. The dog we own is an old goldendoodle who is tall and thin and weighs 70 pounds. She will be able to get on and off the bed without jumping, so we thought it would be a valuable purchase. We are unable to use the steps if the dog is large. She was able to go up and down them, but they were unstable, and they bent to one side or the other as a result of While I liked the material and the look of this, I cannot give it a five-star rating since it is not safe for aging dogs of large breeds.
I guess that's a good sign. As long as our 75lb dog goes at the stairs head on, they work fine. When she is using them, they have a tendency to wobble or fall over even without an angle. It will cause her to teeter as she climbs the stairs at an angle. If she climbs the stairs at an angle, they will tilt, thus causing her to move faster, further aggravating the problem. It was easy to teach her how to use the stairs, but it is harder to have her understand that just moving in a straight line is not the same as running. We are working on getting our dog used to the steps, but he is now afraid of them. This won't be an issue if you have a lighter dog or a more patient one that you can guide up the steps. I was confused by the use of the word tough for this product, when I think it meant sturdy / toughness. She has been able to move around the steps fine, but there should be a weighted base or wider base to make the A dog at the top makes the structure too light, especially when it is cloudy. There should be a handle for carrying the stairs, because while the stairs are extremely light, they are also very.
This is our first high bed and we are pleased It was impossible for a dog to walk up the dog steps. The following tips will help you Make a yardstick and you'll know what you're doing Get the height you need by measuring it. In my measurements, I subtracted 5" from the top so that the very top step represented my Sadly, all of the other models I tried to buy were either poorly constructed, too steep, or too cheap & fragile It is thin. What a gem! This is a real find! You don't have to worry about these steps being I love the 5 step model for my older Maltese who doesn't remember that she's no longer a puppy. It is made entirely out of soft material. Hard sides or pieces are not allowed. There is a corderoy surface with a textured outer layer (better paw traction), in the shape of a high-quality foam. This unit comes already assembled, so just take it out of the box and get to use it! Because it's so light weight, you can pick it up and move it around with ease You can put it on the bed or in the The purchase was definitely a good one. This is a highly recommended product!.
I have a 5 lb poodle, an 18 lb shihtzu/bichon, and a 9 lb cat who is 14 years old. It is interesting that our Shih Tzu/Bichon is afraid of stairs, but will go up and down them. Despite her regular trips up and down, our dog does not seem to tire On these carpeted stairs in the basement, timid is a good thing. Corduroy is a soft fabric, and I like the gray color. In addition to the 4-pack, I bought the 3-pack It's time to get down on the couch and pick up the 5-inch An example of a bed step. In the beginning, we had two really nice rooms A foam ramp has been in existence for 13 years, but over that time it has changed shape. (I am not complaining since that is a good lifespan for a foam product. The idea that another poster had provided about attaching lattice fencing to the sides of the steps was interesting to me. The five pillars of our organization Stabilizing stability is provided with the step unit set opposite the bed (perpendicular to it). (It also keeps me from tripping over it during midnight trips 1) I want to add this lattice fencing to one side and then to the back so that there is an end.
