Questions & Answers

Can you tell me what size the saddle bags are?

There are two bags. Each bag can hold two 2 oz drinks or two small bottles of water. They weren't big enough to carry everything else besides my dog's booties, so I tried to use them for carrying boots. It's not a good idea to use them while traveling long distances or overnight.

Can you tell me what size the patches are?

Approximately 1 inch by 1 inch is the size of the female Velcro on top. Velcro on the side is for women only and measures Size 5 inches by 4 inches. There is only one actual patch in the actual package. The size is 5 inches by 4 inches

How big are the Xs' packs? I have a service dog that is a XS. Can you tell me where I can find ones that are not too big?

This is a 4 x 4 inch piece. I estimate the depth at 1 1/2". Because your dog is quite small, maybe you can attach the Velcro to the top of the harness rather than using two packs. Instead of a pouch, getting a vest with zipper pockets could be easier if that had anything to do with what you would place inside it. If you prefer, you could also use a fanny or hip pouch that you would wear with treats, medications, and instructions. Place an index card or tag attached to the dog's harness or vest pocket so he or she can find medication in the pack when Our animal is much larger, so we love the pouches, but we can't use them. This should be of some help.

It's annoying to deal with these bags
3/5

bags that are of much higher quality for a similar price. These bags are a hassle to deal with since they were the only ones I could find that fit my current vest. Comparable bags were of much better quality for a lower price. Cheap fabric is used to make them. No matter how many paper towels they were stuffed with, even with many days of paper towels in them, they still did not maintain their shape well enough so the side patches would not show. Only a small square of velcro is located on the top of the bags for attaching patches. In addition, the side attachments are not very secure. This could be useful for hikes or walking in the park if you needed a place to keep your phone, a collapsible fabric bowl, and some treats for your dog which is not at a heel. There is no room for water bottles in the bags. The way they rubbed against my leg while my service dog was working was disgusting to me as well. It is very frustrating to have my service dog by my side for the majority of the day when the bag is constantly rubbing against my leg or bumping into things on the other side of the dog because of their width. This will not be a purchase I make Unless you have a legit service dog, I would recommend going with a different company or brand for service dog gear. With my saved money, I bought a different vest that had better pouches and saddle bags, for less than I spent on those pictured below. The pictures were taken right after I obtained the pouches and initially put them on the vest. I stuffed them with paper towels so they would hold their shape a little better, but unfortunately the process of training them did not succeed so I ended up taking them off and not using them. As much as I wanted to give them my time, I couldn't make it work for my service dog and me. *BR* My service dog weighs 70 pounds and is a mix of German Shepherd and Husky. We use our gear on a daily basis because she goes everywhere with me.

The vest is just what my golden retriever needs to wear on his service dog vest
5/5

It's been three years since I've had my service dog, and I take him everywhere. In light of the fact that I needed to start carrying my Epi pens and emergency medications with me, I decided to buy these saddle bags rather than a new harness. The shoes are lightweight and durable at the same time. A velcro sign said "Service Dogs" on the side, so I removed it, attached the bag, and hooked the strap through the loop on the side. Getting this to work was a breeze and only took you 30 seconds. There's plenty of room on my saddle bag, so I only have one on! The bag in which I store my EpiPins, inhaler, and medicine contains these items. As for the second pouch, I am thinking of adding waste bags, treats, and a collapsible bowl for my dog. The smaller zippered pouch holds my medical card the second pouch will hold waste bags, treats. My emergency medicine is always available at all times because these saddlebags attach perfectly to my 85 pound dog's vest. The bags do not take up a lot of space, and I don't have to carry an extra bag wherever I go. I absolutely love this product. Thank you very much for reading this review! I hope you found it helpful.

I like it
5/5

The Bags are smaller than Doggie Stylez. Backpacks that fit the industrial puppy harness well. The Doggie Stylz backpacks for the industrial puppy harness were also purchased by me. There are differences / advantages / disadvantages between these two strategies br>The industrial puppy backpacks are smaller, so you can fit more in them Especially with my great pyrenees service dog, this often makes it easier to get through doorways since he isn't quite so wide as he would otherwise be. According to what I need to carry, I choose which backpacks to use. *Also, for your information Doggie Stylz are used to more tire her out while we go for walks when necessary with the flexibility of using as "weights. " Using the Doggie Stylz bags, you can store 2 cans of vegetables plus in each. In terms of holding capacity, the Industrial puppy can't hold as In addition to the two velcro patches already on the "harness", both brands allow you to add two more patches to the top of the bag. Patches can only be installed on this limited space. A fantastic product.
I can't imagine these ever wearing out.
I'd recommend them to anyone.

I'm impressed with the quality and practicality of the product
5/5

What a great idea! As other reviewers have stated, the product does not buckle or cave in like some of the other reviews have complained. The material is a good quality canvas type material, and it does not buckle or cave in as some have complained. Since I almost always carry my furry friend with me, I usually put my keys and wallet on one side, and my smartphone and medicine on the other, and it holds up just fine. Although if you put too much weight on anything like this, it would buckle and cave in. The problem does not lie with the product. Gravity is the force that holds everything together. At first it was difficult for me and Tasha (my beloved service dog and best friend) to adjust to the new walking protocol because I kept brushing against it with my leg, but we have grown to love it, and Tasha is quite proud of the job she has. It is also very easy to wash (by hand), and it has held up well.

The investment was great! We rely on these for strength and durability, and they will last for a long time

Harness sides can be attached to these very easily There is velcro® on the back, so they can be removed. In addition, the shirts are light enough for Lincoln to wear without having any trouble running or walking. It has plenty of space inside. There is a zipper over the top that leads to a large compartment, so I store my Samsung Note 9 phone (without the phone case) and keys in here. Lincoln's "doodle" bags or something small like keys fit in the small velcro pocket on the same backpack as the laptop compartment. The other side of the backpack holds a kid size water bottle as well as some small treats and a granola bar. If you wanted, you could even fit a half a sub sandwich inside. To make it easy for him to carry, I keep it light I will be carrying a backpack for any additional items needed. 8 months old and 60 lbs, my Goldendoodle is 8 months old and I own him. We consider these to be a great investment, and they are a great price!.

The product has a lot of potential since it can be used for many things
3/5

Although I enjoy the idea of this product, these pouches seem to be very flimsy and you can't use them with many types of vests. Because there is nothing to help them retain their shape, and because the zipper/water flaps are poorly designed, these packs are difficult to use. The zipper design and water flap would function more effectively, and it wouldn't look so sloppy on the vest. This is a good starting point for anyone looking to begin slowly adding weight to their dog, but I wouldn't use it for personal items that you might need at any time.
