This is worth the money

I like it. This fits Medium Palisades Packs very well in S/M size. It keeps rain out of the pack, but it also prevents mud and debris from attaching to the underside of the pack. The back cover catches much of the mud kicked up by my dog on wet trails, so the pack stays Cleaning the cover is trivial, while cleaning the pack is a bit more involved. In addition to prolonging the life of the battery, this may also increase its durability. This is a highly visible signal, which may be needed if walking on roads or in other places.

I have a Mountainsmith dog pack and a Ruffwear Palisades pack that both fit nicely into this band. In spite of the cover's quality, the pack does not get rained on.
