Questions & Answers

Is it possible for my cats to ride in ?

Rather than asking IF your cats will ride in the side bags, I would ask IF they WILL. This is probably not something they should do.

As a Beagle, I would like to get one for her, how would I measure her to find out what size she would The weight of the girl is about 25 pounds. In advance, I would appreciate it. ?

Although I don't know how you would measure her, I would guess the small would fit your beagle based on the size of mine. I have a Daschund mix who weighs 16 pounds, and the pack fits her, but is a little on the large side. I had to tighten the underbelly straps almost all the way. The girth has a lot of room to expand.

A place where a leash can be clipped is there? A feature like that was available on an older model? When I walk my dogs they pull a lot and for this reason I don't like to use a collar. The harness normally covers the pack but it sounds as if the pack would cover it. ?

As for me, I have been unable to clip a leash to mine. If that's important to you, you might want to check out the Kurgo (I was very happy with that one). While the pockets are small and it's one piece, the entire garment is roomy. To give you a sense of how well a pinch collar works for my dog, he pulls a lot. It may surprise you, but he is much easier to manage if coupled with a retractable leash. His freedom is more restricted and he responds to the pinch collar better. Although I'm sure it's not exactly the right way to walk a dog, as long as I don't get sore arms while walking him, I'm happy!

Can you please let me know what size dog would be appropriate ?

The small fits my Miniature Schnauzer very A dog's girth refers to the widest measurement around the chest. Keep in mind that a dog's neck size is not the same as a collar size this measurement refers to the size of the pet's Some degree of adjustment is available at the neck, but not as much as at the girth. From the base of the dog's neck to the base of its tail is what is called its "back.". Wishing you all the best!

I am so happy when I see my dog wearing her collar
5/5

It is definitely worth checking out! an 80 pound female German Shepherd. Our extra large dog pack is the perfect size for her. Whenever we go to the park or on a hike, we have her wear the pack. In this box we can place treats, her water, a tennis ball, and things we take on hikes with us. Seeing as she just started using the pack, we don't put heavy items in it since we want her to be comfortable with it as soon as possible. The dog will slowly become used to the positive association between the pack and treats if they are treated when they wear it. In addition, it is made of excellent materials and looks very good. I highly recommend this purchase.

This is worth the money

It took me a long time to get over all the tired eyes After confirming that I was serious, I decided to try to establish myself in the world of dog backpacks at the lower end of the spectrum (just in case the dogs weren't thrilled). For under $30, this pack is perfect. Now, I am not planning on putting my dogs through thick brush with backpacks on, so I can't comment on how useful it will be for that but it will be a very useful tool when used for a longer period of time. A leash-free hike and a cross-country hike Walking tours and other activities in the city The fairgrounds' day events call for a backpack that is more than adequate. In terms of the balancing, I do not have any concerns. In order to balance a backpack for the sake of the individual carrying it, you must remember to balance it for the person carrying it. I have a complaint. Your claim is that you need to maintain an even weight distribution to keep this pack straight, but I contend that you would make your dog carry an uneven load if you were me. Since I care enough about my dogs to make sure they're as comfortable as possible, I have no problem with this pack twisting. The solution to your dog carrying 32 ounces of water is to buy two 16-ounce bottles and put one in each side. It's not a big deal and your dog will thank you for not making him The only thing I'm not thrilled with is the lack of ventilation. However, it gets hot where I live, so I have plans to cut slits to facilitate cool packs anyway (it gets hot here), so I'll likely cut a few holes in strategic locations and place mesh. A size large is shown on the photos of Luke. A weight of 75 pounds, a chest circumference of 29 inches (at the back), and a neck circumference of 19 inches (at the base) characterize his physique. It is almost maxed out in the front, but it is only about half full on the chest and belly straps (would fit over His favorite part is that he will try to put it on himself when I am not fast enough for him to like it. My plan is to attach a carabiner to the handle so that I can clip a leash to it easily.

We found this to be a simple pack, it worked well, and it was a great buy for the price

Usually, they are between 35 and 40 lbs I have a small Pitbull mix. I think he would have liked this pack the most. The three days of food and his dishes were carried in his pack through rugged terrain and over several creeks for several miles. On the way back from camp, it suddenly occurred to me that I could easily remove his pack and chuck it across the creeks as a way to make his hike easier. I did this for some of the creeks. Although it is better to have the weight equally distributed, a close enough balance is acceptable. Despite the straps causing some irritation, he did not show any signs of discomfort. This is a very good pack, and I suspect it will last a very.

It's AWESOME that there is a puppy backpack- It's the sauce! It's a great product for my 20 lb dog
4/5

Dog of the Rat Terrier breed. A size SMALL fits her perfectly and it's very comfortable. As described in other reviews, the sizing of this bag was a bit large for my dog, so I bought this to make sure she can carry all her stuff around with us when we are out of town and at There is a collapsible water flask in the bag along with her portable water dish, leash, poop bags, toys, and food. Be sure that the weight is evenly distributed when the collar is on your dog. As I don't want my dog to become overtired carrying the heavier stuff in her backpack with us when we're hiking, I carry the heavier items in my backpack. This is a doggy backpack I bought for my dog. The bag appears to be well put together for the price. The zippers are waterproof, which is nice, and there are mesh pockets in the compartments. You can also remove the colored portion by unsnapping a buckle and separating the Velcro body strap. She used it for the first time on a 4 mile hike and she seemed to go very well. I kept checking her underarms for discomfort or redness during that hike. I now place her doggy pack on her and she will jump until I place it on her, after which she sits still when I grab it. In my opinion, I would. If you don't want to spend a lot on a dog backpack, this one is recommended.

It was the best price for quality dog packs
5/5

I ordered a medium for my 85lb, 4 year old German Shepherd. He's obviously a pretty large dog and has a wide chest, but this fit him perfectly We would have had issues with the adjustment straps dangling if I had ordered the large. Having the pack in hand helps us wear our dog out much quicker on walks and hikes, which is exactly what we were hoping for. This would be a great choice for anyone with a high sense of adventure The dog must be energetic or of a large breed. Dogs are able to easily keep up with us on 10-mile walks There is no way I want to walk miles every day, but this is a great way to get some exercise on those days when we simply don't have the energy he has. While I wish I could echo the reviews of others and say this helped my dog be more obedient, I've actually found the opposite to be true. Walking without her backpack has been great for him, but she seems to want to forge ahead when she wears her Even with the trade off, I still think it's worth it. Despite the poor quality of the pack itself, the pouches inside seem to be well-designed and have a very professional interior design. The design is very functional and well thought out. As a bonus, the Velcro strips make it easy to remove the weight when desired, yet it's strong enough that our dog can run full force while still having it Unless you have a very heavy-duty working dog who would require a very heavy-duty pack, this would be the one to buy if you're in the market for a pack. Unless you look for something as similar to this one for nearly double the price, you aren't going to find anything like it. This book is highly recommended.
