Questions & Answers

This can fit an xlarge dog that weighs over 100 pounds. Is this bag sufficient for him?

Hey, I've been using my Rad Power City license for a few months now. I love the fit of it. Sorry, I am not sure what a 100lb dog would weigh. Can tell you that I am very satisfied with the high quality and how well it has held up in all types of environments. My heart would beat faster if I were to buy again. Hopefully this will help a little. I like the product very much. It is well built and very nice.

Does there seem to be a way to add a handle or a pull strap to a service dog?

The back does not have clips on either side but there is a metal clip right there, and there are spots for velcro patches you could use to mark the collar as a "service dog".

Can you tell me where the size chart is?

A list of the lengths of the fitting straps can be found under "Product Specifications" in the advertisement.

Can anyone tell me where this collar can be purchased?

I don't know
3/5

Despite the great quality of the fabric and the overall design, the three straps are stupidly complicated and put too much pressure on the dog's neck. An easy Y shape across the chest would be more simple and would be less stressful for the dog. There was never a way to adjust the straps to avoid putting the majority of the weight and pressure on his neck since my boxer had a very deep chest. It seems odd that this is an issue relative to the price of the product, but As soon as the straps are adjusted, they hang everywhere, and are very easy to remove. tried moving one of the back straps up to his chest so that the weight would be distributed more evenly, but it caused him to lose his gait and when he sat it fell He jumped up on his hind legs and shimmed the thing off as soon as he figured out he could jump up on his hind legs and shimmy the thing off with the neck straped loose and the two bolts as tight as I could. The pawboo backpack I got after that is far more comfortable for my dog, as it has a Y chest strap, while a bit difficult to get on, it does make it easier for her to wear. It is extra secure and I can trust the pack to not come off of him or come loose while walking or hiking. I can also trust it won't be crooked, or hurt my dogs neck over time if I put anything in it weighing more than a pound. In spite of my best efforts, this backpack didn't work out for me. While at first it seemed amazing, the problems with it became even more evident over time. I ended up getting a new backpack from Doffrent after I threw this one out.

I did not encounter any problems on my 6 hour hike
5/5

Everything seems to be going well. I hiked six hours up the La Luz Trail with my German Shepherd and hadn't encountered any difficulties. He carried two bottles of water each on each side as well as a fold up bowl and two snack size zip bags. Contains some treats as well as pet food in lock bags. The leash was not attached to the pack, instead it was connected to his collar the way it usually is in order to avoid any ripping that some have highlighted. Since the straps that go under your dog were too long, we cut them down a bit and then used a lighter to burn the ends off, which really worked. It fit my dog perfectly, even though he weighed 77 pounds. My only observation that was not really an issue was that when one side of his water supply was heavier than the other, the bag sagged a little to one side, but he did not seem to be bothered by this. There was no problem with him carrying this and he seemed to like it in a strange It was not one of those moments where he tried to "get it off" of him. Buying these for both of my German Shepherds and they fit both of them perfectly. According to the vet, I could not take my 90lb female with a cracked nail with us as she was nursing. He gave me some extra length under her arm to let her access it. In the event we change anything on the next hike, we will definitely let you know!.

My first trial at 2 lbs was a success! think this vest just got better! I'll update it as soon as I find it
5/5

It's update time! I used an old no pull harness that I had for a pretty cheap price (a stock Amazon product image is shown in the last pic). The chest piece can be slipped on the onetigris vest easily by cutting the straps and discarding the harness! In what way does it work? Moreover, it reduces the front strap's pressure on the chest, as well as spreading the weight across the chest evenly and adding Furthermore, it closes the gap between the neck strap and the strap under the chest to make the harness sit higher on the shoulders so that the weight is better distributed. Also, the dog's back straps can now be adjusted higher up. As a result, wiggle was also reduced. As we all have high expectations for this vest, I threw it straight into the fire! Vest + 4 patches + 2 pounds of beans (which move around well) = Fetch! This is hard. During my walk, there was no slipping or wriggling (some wiggle is expected when a dog moves), but my weight was evenly distributed on the ground. Neither it moved my dog nor did it hinder her in any way. It was a pleasure to sit, to lay down, to jump about chest height, and to run. There is a little looseness in the belly strap, but it still performed well. My dog has a hound chest and a smaller abdomen, so most dogs will not have these problems. Once the neck strap was properly loosened, it did reach a point where it sat on his collarbone, not as low as some, but not so low as to place pressure on his upper airways. As for weight, it typically goes down, not back unless it goes up, so stability plays a bigger role. There should be no worries now, so I hope. My guy wore this even with a deeper chest. It is well made with lots of room and space for a zipper pocket on each side. The zips are good, there is no sticking and the Velcro is sturdy. The ID It is a superb product and I would suggest that anyone ordering it measure properly first. A disclaimer follows. Pulling is not intended as a deterrent/preventative measure.

I was uneasy about the safety of the neck strap because it was cheaply made
3/5

Initially, I had hoped that this harness and pack would be of better quality, but unfortunately I will have to return it. My girlfriend chose my current pink pack from good2go online for about half the price (the one I have now was chosen by her and is pink). Although it's made well, I was hoping to get one with a little more personality (my pink pack was selected by her). When I held both onetigris and the Onetigris Pro the quality just wasn't there, the harnesses did not have any protective covers on them and the quality was definitely lacking. I also couldn't find any safety reflectors on it and while the onetigris pack is larger and has more zippers and features, I thought it would cause the dog to itch, so I didn't even make the effort to try it. Could use some research and development In the opinion of the author, it should be geared to fit well with the straps and with the dog.

The 'Go Bag' of a dog in case of a natural disaster
5/5

I realized combining what my husband and I need with what our two dogs need would make our packs too full if we both had our own. So, we each have our own packs in case of any natural distastes. I have actually ordered a 2nd pack since placing the first. As soon as I saw the first one, I bought it during a lightning deal and thought it would be just right for us. I find it to be very comfortable on my Siberian Husky. The 83 pound dog has wide, elongated shoulders and a wide body, so it fits him well, as does the weight. Furthermore, he does not react any differently to it than he does to In addition to the first bag, we purchased a second bag for our other medium-sized Husky who weighs 79 pounds. As well, the pack fits him As soon as we received the second pack, we discovered it had a defect. We immediately contacted the seller, and it was sent to us as a replacement. Upon receiving the replacement, the item was in satisfactory condition. It was a good purchase both from the seller and the product itself.
