No, my cats' litter is completely different, and they don't bury it. They look like crystal beads, but they actually work!

Even though I have to clean the permanent tray instead of tossing it in the trash, it has turned out to be a much more cost-effective option than the expensive replacement trays, and I feel much better about not being as wasteful and having an even greater impact on our local landfills than I already do. I simply lift the main unit, remove the tray, place it in a bag, and empty the litter. I wash the tray in the bathtub with soap and water about once a month, despite the fact that it isn't particularly important. Furthermore, the crystals that I acquire - "Mimi Litter" is a term used to describe a group of cats called Mimi. at Walmart for only $5 per bag! These bags last me about 2 years! 3 weeks and are identical to the ScoopFree replacement trays in terms of functionality. I've never had a problem with my cats adjusting to their new environment - They'll go wherever there's garbage! For the record, I have three cats who all use this box without issue (along with another non-cat). litter box that cleans itself) It does an excellent job scooping their 2s and masking the odor of their 1s. This is something I would recommend to any cat owner. owner who is sick of scooping cat poop and inhaling the resulting dust!.
This is used by two of my cats. It's one of my favorites and I've never had a bad experience with it. I change it every 10 to 14 days, and it's still full with no odor.
I have two of them, which appears to be sufficient for my needs. I'm required to clean them once a week, which is far preferable to once a day. It does get a little gross now and then, but it's nothing compared to the scoop I used with the old regular boxes. This was a fantastic purchase!.
I've had it for about three years and have never had any issues with it. With just one cat, I get at least 30 days of odor-free litter. Although disposable litter trays are very convenient, I will opt for the permanent tray to save money because a three-pack of disposable trays costs around $60. I recently purchased a second one for my granddaughter, who absolutely adores it.
I couldn't be more pleased.
I've had it for nearly a year and have had no issues with it. I only have one cat, and she quickly adjusted. Once a month, I replace the litter tray, and every 90 days, I have a box of three litter boxes delivered automatically. There isn't a whiff of anything. Cleaning is not done by hand. I haven't had any issues. Kicked litter is kept in the box thanks to the hood. If this device fails in the future, I will gladly replace it with a new one. Perfection, purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr If you have two or three cats, you could buy a second one at this price.
The automatic "brush" sweeps 20 minutes after the cat goes, so the waste just sits there until it sweeps, and with our cat who isn't very good at covering her waste, it stinks a lot. Also, if a cat doesn't clean up after themselves, the waste sticks to the metal brush as it sweeps - There is a strong odor once again. For the next month, the crystals are useless - Perhaps two weeks. We've had to empty the compartment once a week to keep it from stinking up the place, and we've also sprayed the odor eliminator in there. We purchased a reusable tray that is simple to clean. Overall, it's simple to assemble and clean, and I enjoy having the hood, but it's not as effective at removing odors as I had hoped or expected based on the description and price.
