I tried this more expensive version of Vetericyn Plus Hydrogel, thinking it to use this more expensive Vetericyn Plus Hydrogel thinking it would be better than the Vetericyn Hot Spot Spray. This was looking like a gel, so I thought it was a gel. The price is higher and the ingredients are a bit different, but none of the markings made a difference between liquid thickness and thickness. My cat does not seem to notice it any differently when I put it on him but when I apply it, there is a noticeable chlorine smell. I don't spray it, I spray a spray on my wrist, and he allows me to spray it on his skin.
