They raved about how better it was than this regular bottle. A refrigerated version is available. Having decided to order it myself and decide for myself, I promised myself that I would come back and write my own review. Simply put, it works better in a refrigerator, and not just noticeably better. Tears and stains can be easily removed from this version. However, the refrigerated version will do it It is important for me to keep my cat's eyeballs looking great, even if their eyes get quite bad. If you saw the refrigerated version, you wouldn't realize there was anything wrong because they look perfect, even though their faces are white.
