Questions & Answers
Hi there. This eye Rinse has been approved for use as an eye irrigation fluid, similar to the ones used on humans. Although it is not classified as an antifungal or antibacterial, it is useful in preventing environmental eye irritation by flushing out irritants, germs, and bacteria. Because the eyes are soothed and less irritated as a result of the cleansing, a cat is less likely to scratch and rub the eye, causing more irritants and infection.
It's possible that the ingredients are the same, but the amounts are usually different!
Once opened, it will last about two years. Each bottle has a date of expiration on it.
It kept my cat's eyes clean, but if your cat is scratching all the time, you should take him to the veterinarian.

My cat usually tolerates eye drops, but she was terrified of these. Her eyes were becoming more irritated as a result of it. I feel terrible for giving my cat these drops, which were obviously contaminated with some sort of organic gunk, possibly mold (see photos). I took my cat to the vet after seeing that nasty gunk at the bottom of the bottle when I opened the bottle to see how much was left. There was some liquid left when I left the cap open for several weeks, but it had evaporated. The bottle had previously been stored in an open, well-lit, clean, and dry medicine shelf, with the cap always on. To treat the infection, my cat was given an antibiotic. Nutri- My concerns have received no response from the veterinarian. If you buy it, double-check that the contents are completely clear. Keep an eye on things. I'm not sure if this was due to a manufacturing error or something going on at the Amazon fulfillment center.
Beware of the buyer! I'm not sure if this was the cause, but my cat passed away two days after receiving this treatment. It appeared to be clearing up my son's eye when I used it according to the directions. He collapsed two days later and began to deteriorate rapidly. I was holding him when he died on the way to the emergency vet. One of the ingredients, boric acid, is toxic to animals, according to what I recently read. I'm not sure why I bought it in the first place. I'm hoping that wasn't the cause of his death, but there was no other option. In the future, I'd rather pay a vet bill to have my other cats' eyes cleaned than risk buying something like this. Other reviewers had mentioned that theirs appeared to have been tampered with, so I decided to investigate. I'm not sure if that was the case, but I'm never going to trust Amazon for anything like this again.
After weeks of antibiotic eye drops failed, it cleared up my cat's oozing eyes in just four applications. The veterinarian warned that the infection could be a long-term issue, but it hasn't been an issue since, with the exception of one recurrence that was resolved with a single cleaning.
I imagine it's similar to when we get something in our eyes, such as hair or dirt. br>br>The thing is, when I look over and see the cat squinting and rubbing his eye, it breaks my heart. Poor guy. br>br>This eye rinse has helped a lot with that. Leonardo is great at sitting still and allowing me to work on him, and whatever was bothering him seems to vanish within minutes. I am very pleased with this product; it has had no negative side effects, and Leonardo does not appear to be bothered by its use. I'm glad I found this on Amazon for such a low price; it's been a wonderful addition to my collection.
My newly adopted kitten had herpes in her right eye, which resulted in a lot of blood. It had been going on since we got her, and the vet diagnosed her with herpes a week later. I ordered this, applied two drops to her eye once it arrived, and planned to do so again the next day, but the solution cleared it up! I've gone two weeks without a recurrence; I'm aware that it will return at some point, but I'm very pleased with how effective this product is.
Nyx, my poor cat, got a yellowish discharge from his eye from some sort of infection. His poor eye poofed up a little and became reddened as a result. This item was located by me. I wanted to give it a shot before taking Nyx to the vet because he has a hard time leaving the house and I didn't want to stress him out. I was overjoyed when his eye returned to normal after only three days. There has been no discharge for quite some time. This is a product that I will definitely keep on hand in the future. The first image depicts the previous state of affairs. The second is a much happier Nyx who has been healed. This product comes highly recommended from me.
I'll use it in Jura with my kitty to see what kind of results I get. br>Returning to give my opinion, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It infected my gatito's ojitos, and after a few days, it only caused damage to his ojo. He only used it for three days, once a day, and that made me realize that he was causing harm to my gatito's ojito. I read a comment that said this and ignored it, assuming that it would be useful to me, but it is not. I do not recommend this product!.
