Yes, one is all there is to it. Although the round tips aren't very large, they are good for inside ears, or around the eyes and nose if you use them carefully.

My husband and I bought a pair of these a month or so ago, and I liked them so much that we bought smaller pairs for grooming our Ideally suited for trimming hair between pads and around nails, this small comb is perfect for these tasks. I appreciate that its rounded ends reduce the chances of accidental snipping of flesh or unwanted hair (I haven't done either yet, but it provides an added layer of protection). Despite the ergonomically designed handles, they are also comfortable in your hands for long periods of time. The blades also cut smoothly, fit together snugly, and do not leave gaps in your trimming area like lesser quality scissors do. Although I am not a professional groomer, I have owned incredibly hairy dog breeds for most of my life, so I need the right tools to keep my home's pets looking their best - Taking part in grooming sessions is critical. I have owned several pairs of grooming scissors throughout the years, but these are the nicest. If I damage or lose a pair, I will definitely purchase again.

Unlike needles, they are small enough that you don't have to worry about clumsily poking your dog when it comes to fine detail. Despite that, I am happy with them so far, and I will buy another pair when these reach the end of their useful life.
With this item, I trim the hair around my dogs' eyes quickly, efficiently, and effectively. The shape of the ends is nice, and I like that it is just the right size.
You are wonderful. The best thing to do for sharpening the hair around my puppies' eyes and nose is to use these blades. Their sharp edges make them very effective. It's all about love, love, love.

Magasin's razor is sharper/smoother but is not as comfortable to use. These Conairpro scissors' finger holes are too small, and the scissor action is less smooth than on other models. Here we are back in The Ph. D. program. There was nothing attractive about the packaging. I had trouble taking the zip ties off since they were so tight.
I hope the grooming shears will be durable as they appear to be well made. There is no telling what will happen. My only complaint would be that I wish they were available in a larger size as my hands are a little small.
