Because some reviews said the size small was too big, I bought the size small and they were great. The cat weighs 11 pounds, and her nails are long. A COMBAT NAIL IS NOT CLIPED BEFORE IT IS applied. The next time I purchase, I will definitely repurchase. Sadly, I'm not sure for how long these remain in place, but I will update my review once the last one is removed.
