Purina Friskies Indoor Wet Cat Food Variety Pack, Indoor - (24) 5.5 oz. Cans, totally 132 oz

First and foremost, please accept my sincere apologies for the *explicit* photographs included in this review; however, words alone cannot express my disappointment with Purina Friskies. I had to use visual aids to compensate for my inability to give it a one-star rating. To give you some context, this is the first time our two-person team has worked together. year- old has never had a food allergy. He's never puked or had any digestive issues, and he's never had to go to the vet except for annual vaccination shots. Since he was two months old, the happy chap has happily consumed a variety of dry and canned foods from various brands. We recently decided to try Friskies for the first time. Amazon has a lot of positive feedback. Parents who are delighted with their children. We figured, why not? Within half an hour of his meal, the poor lad had already produced four splashes of undigested discharges on my floor, despite the fact that he had only consumed eight cans. We thought it was because he ate too quickly at first, so we tried portioning it out. No use. Then we assumed he was sick or had hair balls (I'm not sure what kind of cat vomits four times a week to get rid of hair balls). We thought we'd try a different brand of wet food just before we brought him in. Just in case anything goes wrong. So we went out and bought a variety of canned foods (from a variety of *different* brands; actual names omitted in case this is misconstrued as a commercial) from a local pet store Voila! That took care of the issue. Since that time, the boy hasn't puked. Yes, that is correct. I haven't even scratched the surface of what's possible. Perhaps his stomach doesn't agree with the Friskies formula (which, in any case, could be a great choice). Maybe we just got a bad batch (despite the fact that there was no visible damage to the cans or mold). Maybe our furry friend was just trying to get our attention, or maybe he was acting up for no reason at all. However, we would not subject him to another test using this product. Would you do it?.

To be safe, I had to throw out everything. When it was packed, it appeared to be contaminated.

" It is a big hit with the cats. The food does not appear to be particularly offensive. When I retire and must choose between eating and paying for my prescription medications, I'm looking forward to having it for dinner.

I couldn't get away from the smell of fowl. I was able to track down the origin of the problem. One of the cans was smashed and broken open. It was crawling with maggots on the outside and inside. 🤢🤮.

This cat food appears to be well tolerated by their aging digestive systems. They appear to be enjoying themselves as well. HOWEVER: A large number of the cans arrived with large dents and had to be discarded. The metal cans have previously arrived bent, but only a few were included in the package. More than half of the cans in this package were so dented that they were deemed unfit for human consumption and had to be discarded! The protection provided by the packaging was insufficient!! I was disappointed because the cans were dented.

We adopted an adult cat from Southern California (we live in the Seattle area), and while she is a voracious eater, we had to deal with vomiting for a few weeks until we discovered the Indoor variety pack with greens. There's plenty of variety, and we alternate with Meaty Bits variety packs, so we're hoping she'll be surprised at every meal. One can feeds four people for four days, and the carpets don't have to be cleaned as often!.

This was an instant hit with my single cat. The other picky one, who doesn't even like treats, would never have touched it in the first place. I gave her some off my fingers, and that got her going, though she was slow to accept it and disappointed every time I put it out. She has, however, grown to love it and devours it as quickly as the other cat. I'm going to buy some more!.

There are three cats in our household: Two of them are under a year old, and one is nine years old. I've had a hard time finding wet food that they all enjoy, but this stuff is a hit with all three of them! The younger cats are currently indoor-only (permanently if I can keep them in), while the older cat is mostly indoors but goes outside for short periods of time almost every day. This food appeals to me because it contains some greens in addition to the other ingredients, and the cats appear to enjoy it as well. It's also a little less expensive than the majority of Friskies canned foods. I haven't noticed any issues with digestion, so I'll keep buying it for the cats until they stop liking it (isn't that the case with most things and cats?). ) In comparison to many other canned cat foods I've tried, the smell is also very pleasant. So far, this product has exceeded my expectations!.
