We were having a similar problem. There was no picture and it was on the front porch, according to the owner. It was never sent out.

I attempted to obtain a refund, but it appears that I will be unable to do so. I purchased a total of eight boxes. I opened this one for my cats and got a whiff of something right away. I didn't give it much thought until I got to the second row, where the cardboard separator smelled like death. Four cans that were not properly sealed fused together, causing rot. Things that looked like dead maggots were falling off, and the smell was nothing short of death. This was the only food my cats would eat, and I'd never had a problem with it before. I'm not sure I want to feed this to my cats right now. I'm about to open the remaining seven cases/boxes to see how they're doing, since I'm stuck with them anyway, and I'll keep you updated if I discover anything else. I'll also share it on Facebook. It's a good thing my cats haven't been sick because if they do, I'm going to sue. Update your return policy to allow photos when attempting to demonstrate a problem. I attempted to upload a video, but it refused to compress. Lol.
For over a year, I've been buying the 24 pack or 30 pack of Gravy Lovers, but the last two times, the 30 packs I've purchased have ONLY HAD BEEF FLAVOR IN THEM! THEY HAD NONE OF THE OTHER TWO FLAVORS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE BOX. BEEF IN JUST 30 CANS! I couldn't blame my cat for being unhappy. I also wouldn't want to eat the same thing every day for two months!.
This was ordered as a donation to a shelter for animals. They were in desperate need of wet cat food for the shelter's tiniest residents. It was a pleasure for me to undertake the task. Make a phone call to the animal shelter in your area. Inquire about their needs and make a donation to the areas where they are most in desperate need. Take good care of your pets. To avoid more unwanted puppies or kittens, spay and neuter is recommended. When it comes to adding a furry member to your family, adopt rather than shop.
Both were rescued dogs who, at 17 years old, were having trouble maintaining their weight and eating a soft food they liked, which served two purposes: lots of gravy and soft pieces they could eat. When she couldn't find this type of food in a local store, I ordered it through Amazon, and it arrived in two days for her picky eaters. They had a great time!.
I'm not sure if it was because it was very cold and it had been sitting on my porch for a few hours, but each can had a thick gel on top. My cat refused to eat it even after it had been warmed up, and when she tried to lick it, she vomited. It was thrown away by me. It was most likely frozen as a result of travel and weather conditions.
It reminds me of catnip! Despite the fact that they have dry cat food in their bowls, they will scream like banshees until I get out of bed for this. Cat food with a high level of addiction. They are so enamored with the gravy that they leave the morsels in their bowls to shrivel and rot. 2 hours after I put the morsels in their bowls, I basically toss them - It's such a waste; they'd rather have a can of gravy if that was an option!.
I purchased two of the 24 cans available. This is something I've been purchasing for at least two years. In February of the following year. There was no meat in any of the 48 cans, and they were all gravy. They were refunded to me. Because I don't have any meat, I'm going through them twice as fast to keep my baby kittykat occupied. I am on a very tight budget because I am on Social Security Disability. We couldn't afford to buy more because we didn't have enough money. I AM NEVER GOING TO ORDER CAT FOOD ON AMAZON AGAIN.
It appeals to my picky cats, who consume it. I like to give my cats a little variety because they get used to wet food and lose interest. I buy Sheba Perfect Portions, which my cats like, but if I only feed them that, they will stop eating it after a while. Through my trials, I discovered Purina Fancy Feast, which they love, so now I mix it up so they have some variety. This chicken, beef, and poultry version appears to be a hit.
