This has been consumed by my three dogs for several years. Because larger packs are difficult to come by locally, and we were traveling with one of the dogs, I ordered the 27 pack on Amazon. We put it down to the fact that the dog we were traveling with was sick and wouldn't eat, and we chalked it up to the fact that we were on the road. Then we discovered that the other two dogs in the house were suffering from the same illness. We stopped feeding them this food right away, and they were all fine.
I've been buying this from the pet store for years, but after receiving my last order from Amazon, both of my dogs became ill, with blood in their stools, vomiting, and other symptoms similar to parvo. After spending over a thousand dollars on vet bills and having to give them both antibiotics, not to mention cleaning up disgusting messes of blood and diaherrea vomit and secreations, I'll never give my dogs this poison to eat again! I strongly advise you to follow my lead. You may have had positive experiences, but when you have a negative one, you will be devastated!.
About six months ago, I began feeding my dog beneful wet dog food. My dog has had a variety of GI problems for the past few months, with vomiting and diarrhea occurring about once a week. I've taken my dog to the veterinarian at least six times. She developed renal failure and hypertension all of a sudden. She's had to take medication for both of these issues, as well as to keep her body from losing protein. My friend came over after 6 months of feeding this to my dog, and I was showing her around my new pantry, and she was shocked to see the dog food. She warned me not to give her beneful because it was the cause of her dog's liver cancer death. My dog developed diarrhea and vomiting later that night, which lasted all night. It all came together at the same time. My dog's liver and kidney function levels were always normal, but she has been suffering from renal failure for the past few months. All of the warnings were present when I checked it out online. I was irritated to the point of indignation. Purina tried to convince me that my dog might have a food allergy when I called. I told her that I didn't believe it. Although allergies can cause vomiting and diarrhea, renal failure is not one of them.

My dog has a very particular taste in food. He thinks I'm his personal chef, and that he can refuse to eat anything he doesn't like. This is his favorite meal. It has a pleasant texture, similar to a thick stew. Meat, vegetables, and grains appear to be included in the list of ingredients. It appears to be an excellent product in general.
My puppy, who is still teething, adores these because he has difficulty chewing dry food. These are the ideal portion size for three meals per day, and they're one of the best values I've seen for individual wet food portions.
I only use it as kibble toppers because the food appears to be in good condition. 3 dogs can be fed from a single can. But there was only one 27-year-old in my class. When the listing specifies that you will receive two, you should pack accordingly. When the seller refused to send the second pack, I contacted Amazon and received a refund of half of my money. Be careful who you buy from.
So I have an unusual cat who prefers beneful canned dog food to any other cat food. I'd been using regular tubs, but I decided to try these out on the spur of the moment. They are adored by both my cat and dog. I add water because there is no gravy and only a little juice. The smaller pieces appeal to both of them. It's harder to tell what's in these than it is in the tubs, because you can see the vegetables in the tubs. This, on the other hand, they prefer.
