Weebles has never been able to eat wet food, so I only gave him dry kibble. I decided to try wet food again after he had a bad UTI and needed to stay hydrated. The answer was Iams Perfect Portions. In the morning, he eats Iams UTI Protection kibble, and in the afternoon, he eats the 3. In the evening, 4 ounces wet. During the day, while I'm at work, he just eats the wet and nibbles on the kibble. After six months, he is content, healthy, and free of UTIs. He hasn't experienced any emesis as a result of using Iams wet products. br>br>In real life, I'm a pharmacist who knows about nutrition and additives. He's doing fantastic, and I have no doubts about the quality of Iams products. br>br>Thank you, Iams, for ensuring the health of my best friend.
This food is not only unappealing to my cat, but it also stinks and appears to be vomit. Did I say this before: (1) Because of the way it's packaged, this costs nearly twice as much to me - (2) the little plastic and foil containers are difficult to open without getting what's inside all over your hands - I have to buy two cases of 18 for a month I MISS THE RECYCLABLE SMALL CANS 3) IAMS, are you underpaid? Is it necessary for you to make your customers unhappy in the process?.
It's a nightmare. I'm not a fan of the new packaging for iams cat food. I will not be purchasing this product in the future because it is too difficult to remove the top 9 year old my son is unable to do so in order to feed his cat and I am unable to do so due to and issues we must cut it out with a sharp knife. Metal tins are my preference because they are easy to recycle. Some areas do not allow for the recycling of plastic.
My cat enjoys the food, but I am not fond of the packaging. I'm not sure if there's a way to open these without getting stinky cat food all over your hands. br>It's also common to get sliced by the foil's edge while trying to hold the container while peeling off the stubborn lid. It's possible it's just my frail old body. I'm not the only old lady with cats to feed, but I'm sure I'm not the only one. br>Really, as much as my cats enjoy this food, your ill-fated ill-fated ill-fated ill-fated ill-fated ill-fated ill peel-off concept The annoyance of back lids is enough to make me think about switching.
The cans are sorely missed! The cans were 3 oz and were easy to split up evenly in these new containers, which are an odd portion size. It's also worth noting that with this new packaging, the cost per ounce has increased. It does not go unnoticed when you get less food for more money. Replacing the cans is a good idea.
Iams has allowed me to see a different side of my cat. He has never vomited in the two and a half years since I found him on the street. Because they have to scavenge for food in the trash, stray cats develop strong stomachs. Unfortunately, while garbage is no match for his stomach, Iams caused him to vomit twice (once for each flavor. ) ) Both times within a minute of finishing your meal. A second cat puked as well. If you could return cat food, this is the type of thing I'd send back. I suppose I should have purchased a single pack first to ensure that everything was in working order before purchasing the 48-pack. My cat doesn't seem to be himself even after several hours. I'm going to stick with Sheba for now.
This food is a favorite of my 9-year-old male cat. He loves it so much that he demands it be served to him every hour! I do, however, make him wait a little longer on occasion, much to his chagrin. After several years of eating Whiskas (which he loved), I had to find a new cat food for him because he was constantly sick. However, we believe it was caused by a food allergy rather than the food itself. He's back to normal now. gratified He devours this like I devour pizza. The only drawback I can think of is that it is more costly. It's more difficult to use because it gets stuck on your fingers when you peel back the cover. Overall, however, it is still a good product. In comparison to the other guys who always use meat by-products, I like that IAMS uses all natural ingredients. Hotdogs, for example, are a product that they use in their food. As a result, the additional expense, in my opinion, is justified. A little mess here and there is a small price to pay for a happier cat.
Our grandmother flatly refuses to consume it. She won't eat it because it's one of the few wet foods she refuses to eat. I assumed it was because I mixed a little with her regular food, but she prefers her regular food most of the time, and I wanted to give her something with more nutrition. She won't touch it, despite the fact that it's a great theory. She won't eat anything I've mixed it with, and we've tried giving it to her straight, but she won't eat it. I'm not sure if there's something about the smell that repulses her, but she won't even approach it.
