It is the ACTUAL Frontline that has no expiration date since it is made entirely in France for the USA! Moreover, they are at least 3 years older than the packages with a grey cat on them. On the newest packages, you can see an orange cat.
The two main ingredients of Frontline plus are ethylene glycol and xanthan gum. A third chemical component, called Cyphenothrin, has been added to Frontline tritak in addition to its two main active ingredients. In both product labels, ticks are cited as a kill, but it's hard to say which is better.

My dog has been using Frontline on our beagle with good results thus far. The scratching has continued since Ginger was bathed three days ago, then treated with Frontline. There seems to be only 1 1/2 years worth of Frontline in my package. I write the date of every application on the package. November 17, 2016 was the first day applications were accepted.

Previously I bought this product from a veterinarian, and the packaging in the interior of the liquid looked nothing like the packaging found at a vet's office. Frontline has never failed for me in the past, but this time it just did not work. I treated each cat twice, and it just did not work.
