Here is what this product did to my poor cat when I used it for the first time. A cat that I own is quite old, but he is in good shape. As i have used other flea treatments, I thought I would try to find one that works better since the others did not help keep fleas away as well. The big mistake was made! It's a pity that my cat is old. At the spot where the product was applied, his hair fell out after a day. There is no illness, but he is uncomfortable because of hair loss and skin irritation from this product.
Lesson learned, I will not buy this product.
Our indoor cats have fleas and in spite of our best efforts we've developed a Initially, I convinced myself I could get rid of the issue without having to use any chemicals on them. DE powder in the carpets, constant vacuuming, and combing the cats multiple times a day with the flea comb did not work for me. As I sat there struggling, I finally admitted that I needed to get some medicine on the cats before things got any worse. The brand of flea treatment I chose was the subject of quite a bit of research. The majority of why I treated the problem in a more natural manner at the onset of the problem was because near every brand you can find horror stories about the product irritating the cats' skin or causing them to become ill. When researching the products I read up on, I found Cheristin to be the product with the most favorable reviews. This was not only due to its effectiveness, but also due to the relatively small amount of reported In order to put things in perspective, let me state. In my experience, I probably combed my cats at least three times a week Definitely 5 times per day (they are so very curious about being combed! It is normal for me to find between one and five things During the course of the day, we found four fleas. In addition, even if I did not see any fleas, I would always find evidence of them (the flea eggs or larvae, or whatever the white and black specks and squiggles were on It grossed me out quite a bit. In any case, I After a year, I finally manage to get the Cheristin in the mail and have it administered to The total number of fleas I have seen on my thick-coated cat has been two in the six days after applying the product. It was a dead situation with both of those fleas. At the time, that was within the first couple of days after applying. In the intervening years, there has been The cat has not been bitten by fleas or left any flea remnants. According to me, the problem has gone away after one treatment, so I am very pleased at this point. *) Also, another thing to keep in mind A photocopied set of instructions came with the product as well as no box. It freaked me out to be honest, and it made me doubt the legitimacy of the product. In response, I phoned the company (the phone number is in the printed material). The first person to pick up was extremely helpful in answering my questions and making sure that the product was genuine and safe for usage. (It seems the way they buy the bulk product, or something like that is why the packaging was on backorder. ). I just wanted to mention that if you are unsure or need to put your mind at ease, there is a number that is provided in the email.
Cheristin is a product that I have purchased from Amazon for years, but in the past year, I have received fakes twice. The first time, I didn't see it come from Amazon and put it on my son. The chemical burn he received was caused by the exposure. He was very fortunate not to die from it. Amazon competitor and got a great deal, but they ran out and I saw no way of getting my hands on any. A counterfeit version of Cheristin was received once again. A smeared ink covering the blister packaging indicated it was paper. There was an error with the number on the ampule In this comparison, EP100612C (fake) is compared to You can never be sure what you'll get here, it's always a crap shoot.
For approximately two years now, I have been using this product effectively to get rid of fleas on my cats. Her fleas are not attracted to her any more while she is outside in the desert climate of Southern California where fleas thrive. You should apply this to the skin of the top knot of the head so the cat cannot lick it off. Oh, my vet told me to do that. In addition, I found that taking Frankie's collar off for a few hours to allow the topical to soak through helps as well. br> If you have any questions, please post them in the comments section.
The system is still have been using this product for 72 hours now and so far, it has been great. I have a cat with a flea allergy, and her skin is swollen and scratched. The other two products I tried didn't work either. It took a few hours for the fleas to disappear after I applied the product. She hasn't scratched in a while, so her sores are starting to heal. Although the smell wasn't that bad, it did not leave her fur lathered in oil or sticky. In a few weeks, I will revise this review after I see if it works for the entire month. The Day 10 report is now available for viewing. We are on our 10th day and it still works. I've been trying every product I could find, and none of them have worked after 5 days Thankfully, my cat is on the mend and has started acting like herself once.
We have been having a lot of flea problems in the area because of rain, a lack of winter, and just Some of the chemicals and killers used on them have become resistant. My area has no longer been plagued by fleas so Advantage and several other commercial flea killers have ceased to work. We recently moved to this but the vet wanted 20 dollars each dose. So I came here and got it for a third of the price. According to my title, I applied it to my indoor cat in a matter of hours and within minutes I saw fleas dropping from her twitching from the smell What is the smell like? Do you know if it is However, it is rather hard to describe the smell. It is neither nauseating nor horrible. I found more dead or dying bodies dropping off within four hours, and within 24 hours, a collection had formed on the kitchen island where she sleeps most often. In a week, it had killed all the fleas on her body, and I noticed a sharp decline in the number of fleas in the house as a whole. Since we already had tile and hardwood in her area, there wasn't much room for them to go after this was done. While I'm still dealing with fleas elsewhere, I'll certainly be purchasing this on a regular basis.
There is so much grease that it permeates my whole house for hours. It is greasy and I found it that my cat licked or touched it. During that hour she foamed at the mouth, so I considered taking her to the veterinarian in an emergency situation. A quick Google search turned up a list of side effects of the product. A huge error has been made there. It seemed like my 7-year-old was going to die when she was crying. The smell made me want to vomit and I was able to get her cleaned up even though I was freaked out. top all that off, we've been presenting this to them for 12 hours and they haven't died. In addition to the box, I am throwing out the rest of it. My pet has never received a treatment I have found to be as bad as this one. That product is a complete hot mess.
