I attempted to return them for a refund or at the very least inform Amazon that they were ineffective, but nothing was done. Save your money and do not purchase this product.

Neck drops were a must-have for me. These collars may have killed a few fleas, but they were clearly not worth the money. I was surprised that it didn't work well, given that it's a name brand collar.

These collars cause my cats' fur to fall out. They loaded the fur around their necks where the collars sat three days after I put them on my cats(8)br>.

Fleas are still a problem for cats. Within a few days, a number of the cats had lost their collars.
