Questions & Answers
A cat's being in heat has nothing to do with a bed or cat mat. Your cat should be neutered or spayed as soon as possible. Every day in shelters, too many cats die.
No, it's not true. It's difficult to notice. They are used by all three of my dogs and one of my cats. I have 3! The crinkling sound it makes is very subtle and only occurs when you scrunch it up with your hands. When my pets jump on them, they don't make a sound. They are incredibly popular!
YES! It does make a crinkling noise, similar to rice crispies. I don't find it bothersome (the pad is right next to me on the couch), but my cat was initially wary of it; I believe most pets will adjust.
Yes, it can be washed; however, make sure to remove any pet hair first, as it will fluff up nicely in the dryer.

Galadriel, our cat, was always cold and looking for warmth, so I bought this project for her. I was unable to introduce her to this blanket because she died before I could do so. In memory of her, I donated both of the blankets I had purchased to our local animal shelter, and I've been told that the animals love their new blankets and that they help keep them warm and comfortable, which can be difficult in a kennel setting. It's particularly beneficial for kittens who require additional warmth. A sad purchase became a happy giving memory.
That's good because he attacked it! So far, he hasn't gotten off it since I put him there. And he only attacks beds, blankets, and rugs that he adores. He likes it! He's also a 14-pound feline who fits snugly on this cat mat.
Boo, my dog, has a habit of laying eggs. In order to become the most nestiest of nests, he goes to great lengths. Some very nice (and expensive) sheets and quilts have been shredded by him. He did, however, have a nice warm fuzzy blanket with him. My youngest, on the other hand, kept stealing it every time I washed it. As a result, I made the decision to purchase a new blanket for him. As a result, we've found ourselves in this situation. composing a review br>br>I have no idea how long this blanket will last. The stitching around the edges isn't something I like. It's the kind that, after a few washes, falls apart. Inside, there's a strange crinkly layer. Hopefully, this will deter my younger son from stealing it. I didn't want to spend $20-$30 either. If you're looking for a blanket for your dog, you've come to the right place. Even for the Boo, who is deserving of everything. After all, we're in the midst of a global pandemic, and I just got laid off. br>br>On occasion. however. What is important to me may not be important to the gift recipient. in this specific case The Boo. br>br>On which I can comment. for both of us. is 100% Boo approved by this blanket. He abso- freakin'- This blanket is absolutely adored by her. It's cozy and warm. In the same way as the Boo. I don't have to be concerned about him shredding my bedding any longer. Gone are the nights when Pirate Boo stole my blanket while I was sleeping (or even before I got into bed). I simply place his blanket on top, and he nestles this blankie into the most nestiest of Boo nests with his claw claws before barnacling himself to my side for snuggles and cuddles. As a result, this blanket will be a gift for both of us. If your dog, like the Boo, is a nester and/or a pirate. Simply purchase this blanket. It will be appreciated by your dog (and your bedding).
This is a hit with my cat. Okay, I was skeptical at first because I read reviews that claimed it smelled or made a loud crinkling noise, but neither of these claims were true. No smell. I unboxed it, placed it on the bed, and she jumped right on it and didn't move for the next three hours! Shes 12. She is in desperate need of comfort. Another one is on its way. I'll store it in another room. It appeals to me, and it appeals to her as well. Cleaning has been mentioned as a problem. It's as simple as rolling a lint roller over it and febreezing it. It's not a good idea for your cat to use it as a litter box. I have no idea how it got so filthy! br>br>I'm going to buy it again. It appeals to me.
After comparing similar products and reading other reviews and price information, I decided on this one. and it turned out to be brown. br>I needed something to keep my 50-pound senior 13-year-old pig warm because she is prone to colds and I didn't want to leave the heater running when we weren't home. She also needed some warmth when we took her to various events in her wagon. This product does exactly what it claims to do: it reflects body heat. I placed it on top of her dog bed, and it provides her with the extra warmth I was looking for when combined with her other blankets. (This is unlikely to help a sick animal that isn't generating any heat. ) )I'll admit that she was warmer than me at some of the outdoor events where I used this. I'm very pleased with it, and I'm considering purchasing the larger version for myself. My friend saw the results and is researching it for her dogs as well.
UPDATE: My Elmo didn't succumb to a passing fad. Last winter, he spent the entire season curled up on this pad. He's a very expressive cat who acts more like a dog than a cat most of the time; if he wanted to be cuddly, he'd pull his pad over to the couch and stare at it, then the couch, until we put it on the couch for him. When the temperatures warmed up, any doubts I had about it reflecting heat back to him were dispelled. He started ignoring the pad as soon as spring arrived, pushing it out of the way so he could lay on the wood floor next to his box of catnip toys. I tucked it away under the entertainment center and brought it out as soon as autumn arrived. He started laying on it about a week ago, all cuddly and adorable as a button. At this price, I'm going to buy a few more to scatter around the house so he has a warm place to rest his old bones at all times. br>br>I was hesitant to purchase something else for my picky 11-year-old cat to lay on/in because he prefers boxes, old duffle bags, and nothing at all. However, he has arthritis in one of his paws, and I wanted to see if there was anything I could do to help him warm up his old bones. I'm so glad I took a chance because he absolutely adores it! He won't try new things unless there's catnip involved, so I sprayed it with catnip to get him interested. He was hooked as soon as he felt the warmth returned to him. I was concerned that the crinkle would irritate him, but it's very subtle, and he doesn't seem to mind. He's a big boy, weighing in at a healthy 18 pounds. so he's about the size of a small dog) and there's plenty of room for him to stretch out.
