Beware. Beware. Mold was on the product, so I put my parrot on it for 15 seconds and realized he didn't like it. I took a whiff and it smelled rotten from top to bottom. This cannot be allowed to continue. Take a look at the photo; it appears to be muddy in one place and white in another. It was shipped from China in its original packaging. I'd appreciate it if Amazon didn't sell any dangerous pet products on their site.

  I bought two of these Petsvv 63-inch springy Petsvv 63-inch Petsvv 63-inch Petsvv inch Rope Bungees and connected them with a hook. I hung it from my ceiling, directly above my Green Cheek Conure's play gym, so he could reach it from the top. This bungee rope is a big hit with him. He spends the entire day going up and down the stairs. He can't fly, so being able to get all the way up there makes him very happy. I believe he enjoys how it moves around in response to his movements. I've even seen him spin around on it like a somersault. This is a toy that I strongly recommend. It's also a big hit with our parakeets. It will work well in any small to medium-sized room. A larger bird, such as a Macaw or Cockatoo, would most likely stretch out the spiral. My Green Cheek Conure is having a lot of fun, and I'm enjoying watching him! Follow-up-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on If you look at my video, you'll notice that I used a stick. hung from a ceiling hook That's not something you should use! After a week, it crumbled. Now I'm going to hang a plant hook from the ceiling.

This is our second purchase, and it has been a disaster. br>br>First toy, first review: Our green cheeked conure is still a few weeks old, so he hasn't had the opportunity to try out this rope toy yet. However, in terms of diameter and design, I believe it will be ideal for him. It appears to be both strong and malleable, allowing it to be configured into various shapes. Love it! br>br>Recent changes: br>br> This toy became our bird's favorite perch and plaything after 7 months. br>br> He climbed it, hung upside down, chewed on it, sat on it to preen, and loved wrestling with the bell that hung below. We hung out so that the bell was just a few inches above his cage floor, and he positioned himself beneath it on his back, playing with the bell with his feet in true green cheeked conure fashion. Our first one lasted 7 months before fraying and separating from the wire inside; we simply replaced it with a new one of the same brand and size, which Obi loves just as much! Those two days without this toy after we removed the first for safety reasons but had not yet received the second were sad days for our bird, who gazed longingly at the location where his favorite rope used to hang. A photo of a green cheeked conure and a smaller size (43 inch) rope toy is included for size comparison. It's just right for him. br>br>10- br>br>br>br>br>br>b br>br>Although our first purchase of this toy lasted seven months, the second toy is already frayed after only a month of use. It had to be removed because frayed ropes, which are covered with little loops that could catch his foot and hang him, are dangerous to birds. More and more of the wire was exposed after only a few days. The frayed loops can be seen in the photo, which shows nearly half of the wire is exposed. I'm not sure why the quality of our first purchase is so different from this one. I'm disappointed, and our bird is as well.

  The diameter of this Petsvv Rope Bungee Bird Toy, Small 43" long is just 2"! That's the equivalent of measuring the tip of an adult female's thumb with a tape measurer. For a bird rope, it's quite small. It's 43 inches long, but it's so thin that it doesn't matter. I'm going to tell my parrot about this, and I wouldn't be surprised if he says, "Oh, you've got jokes!" " I've had my Macaw and other parrots for 23 years, and I built them an outdoor cage where they can safely and legally enjoy nature and sunshine, and I admit that I spoil him rotten. However, because this rope is so loosely wrapped around the silver wire, I'll have to keep a close eye on it to see if it causes any problems for the parrots. With a gentle reverse twist of your thumb and index finger, you can easily see the silver wire. That's a bad idea! br>br>I was so excited to see these bird toys on Amazon and planned to buy a lot more from a variety of sellers, but after receiving this tiny rope in comparison to the photo illustration, I will never trust ANY other photo-illustrated product again. On Amazon, you can find improved bird toys. Because I value honesty and quality in product advertising, I will return to my local pet stores to shop. I ordered two of these ropes, and neither had a chemical odor, mold, or mildew, but it's always a good idea to wash new toys and ropes just to be safe. I knew this item was small, but based on the seller's photo illustrations of a medium-sized item, I didn't expect it to be this small. sized bird on a rope that had been wrapped four times! It is always preferable to be truthful in advertising because people will see that you are trustworthy and will buy more products as a result. My trust has been shattered as a result of this experience. I'm not buying any more Amazon bird toys because I can't believe the seller illustrations I'm seeing - And, to be honest, that's all I have online.

It's a great product, and my birds adore it. My only reservation, and the reason for the four stars, is that it had an extremely strong odor. It smelled like a new (potent) bag of gardening soil to me. Other than that, I'm at a loss for words. There was nothing else in the box that smelled like this. I was a little apprehensive about putting it in the cage, so I let it sit outside for a while before doing so. The price is excellent, and the size is adequate. Just take a sniff of it first.

Its circumference is significantly smaller than that of our other rope products (Read: cheap) And ten minutes after our Gray saw it, it was destroyed. Boingo is a better choice if you're looking for a larger bird. This may be suitable for a small parakeet, but Gray will not be able to use it.
