I shovel a lot of snow since I live in Vermont during the winter. I was recently gifted a $100 Amazon gift certificate, I thought I would treat myself to a snow removal device. I needed something light and portable as a senior citizen. You have reached the end! This may look like a toy, but in reality it is quite useful. This is one of my favorite books. For the entire winter, I had a great experience with it. Despite its versatility, I avoid allowing my husband to use it as I am afraid he might be too rough with it and damage it. As long as I use gentle hands and am persistent, it clears the walks in no time. I move it on and off the porch and basement stairs, where it is easily stored. This may be my first review of the product so I will try to be as detailed as I can.
This was recommended to me after I debated the electric snow shovel over using this product to clean my deck and sidewalk. Based on these reasons, I decided to use this method I-n- d A 11 amp motor with this model is significantly more powerful than the 10 amp motor on the 323E/324E or the 7 Amp motor on the 323E. The Toro comes with a 5Amp electrical system. I-n- d There is a 15-inch model in comparison to a 12-inch one On the shovels, there are 13 inches. I-n- d There is a 180-degree directional discharge chute on this snow shovel but not on electric snow shovels. I-n- d Although it weighs only 35 lbs, it is light enough to move easily around the yard (as opposed to my 200 lb Craftsman dual stage 24 inch Please note that this product weighs approximately 22 pounds on my bathroom scale, which may not necessarily be classified as lightweight by some, but light enough that I can carry it easily up and down the stairs. I-n- d Rather than 4 to 6 inches of snow, it has 8 inches of snow depth With electric shovels, the digging depth is 6". I-n- d There is not much difference in price between the shovels and the brushes. I-n- d Having a reputable company produce it makes it more reliable. Thankfully, they send the snow thrower (since it is a single stage, it is not technically a snow blower) in a small box that I could carry up the stairs in no time. As far as my wife is concerned, it looks like a toy, which was a plus on my list, since I was able to justify it as being wee bit of a bargain. The wheels do look cheap, but that could simply be the case. The rest seems to be in good shape. In general, it appears that the plastic auger blade will last. You can easily assemble it and instructions are very detailed with good drawings, and it is available in English, Spanish, Only problem I had was assembling the deflector bolt. I did not want the square neck of the bolt to catch on the hole in the discharge chute that is supposed to hold the bolt to prevent it from being turned when the deflector knob is tightened because the washer was included. I hope Snow Joe is sober as to read this, because by using a bolt with a longer neck you can resolve this issue. You can easily fix it by just using a pair of pliers to hold the deflector bolt while you tighten the deflector knob. Once the knob catches, you don't need pliers anymore, and you can tighten it as normal. According to all of them, extension cords longer than 100 feet should not be used. As a whole, I think this is a good product for the price it is listed on Amazon, which is less than the manufacturer's retail price. Since I have not had a chance to test it out yet, I'll be sure to update this review after I do.

My order arrived the day before we had a blizzard in Chicago, so it was ideal timing. It took us roughly nine hours to get to work the first day. I watched as it plowed The second day, we got quite a few more and again cleared it fairly easily. I only had to make two passes to get it. In fact, I was even able to walk with the mailman on the public street. What an unbelievable thing! I am speechless! It was important to me to find something small since I am a woman and one that is quite small. Having bought a snow blower over 4 years ago that weighs 80 lb, I just cannot handle all the oil gas and spark plug issues. Besides its sheer weight, you can imagine how difficult it is to maneuver. You will not be disappointed in this snowblower, it works just as well as my $300 snowblower (which I'm now going to give away to my nephew).

That is a perfect machine for my 10' x 15' deck and walk way. The wind, work, and busy lives caused us to be unable to keep up with shoveling snow when we recently got 3 feet of snow in a week. There is no better way to simplify life than with this little machine. As soon as we tried it, one of us had to shovel the snow in front of the blower since there was so much snow that we couldn't just power through it (almost two feet of Since we have removed all the snow, no need to shovel it in front of the blower as we have caught up on the snow removal. My deck was covered in 4" of this white gold snow when I got up this morning and I cleared it off with the snow blower in less than 15 minutes, no fussing around or hurting my A quick and straightforward assembly procedure led to an easy and quick process. A. UPDATED On January 13, 2017, I purchased. Smoke and a dead motor were the results of the 1/5/19 incident. After explaining everything to service, I called them back. I received a brand new unit on 1/11/19 after we said we would send a new unit immediately. In addition, I received a UPS pre-paid shipping label to attach to the box that holds the returned units. I am very pleased with the snow blower and the service I received. In the event that this unit performs as well as it has, I will update it to 5 stats. Exactly what I needed! Even with burms at the end of my driveway created by the city snowplows, this did the trick to remove all of the snow from my deck, walk, and driveway, and my back, arms, and shoulders didn't ache.

I'm happy with how well it works and how easy it is Due to my handicap, my wife has to help me with the things I used to do in the past. Therefore, it was important to me that it would work as described. When we had power snow, it cleaned well. I just hope that it will do so well when heavy wet snow falls. One word of caution do not purchase the heavy 12/3 100ft yellow extension cord on Amazon. When it is cold, it will not unwind because it is too heavy. It is working fine since I returned the extension and bought a 100ft 14/3 all weather extension at Home Depot.
