I am hoping the company will stand behind the products they produce, because if they do, I would be delighted to change my review. This product says it has a one year warranty, so I hope they will honor it. Despite the fact that it's a pain in the rump to do it all over again, I don't mind if they send out a unit that won't break in 6 months.

I can't believe the company and the heater are both so bad. By April, this heater assembly had stopped working, despite the fact that I purchased it in December. Using the instructions from the seller, I checked for voltage at the terminals and I found it to be adequate. In addition, I checked the ohms as instructed by the seller, and they came back as In exchange for allowing them to inspect the unit, the seller told me I would have to pay to ship it back. However, they could not guarantee that it is Among the things they won't cover are a number of things that could be wrong. It is true that my water is very clean, and in December I had just changed my filters. As well as that, the seller implied that the heater went bad because of my water quality. The cost of shipping will be the same as for me to just go out and purchase a new heater, so I won't get the heater returned. Before you buy from this company, please do your research.

The element came with a problem. The gfi breaker went off and it megged out. The element of the tube was removed and replaced with one I had, that worked fine as well. Sadly, the element is very important and in such a large quantity that I am not able to return the item because it has been installed and would have to make another trip to return it. I'm glad to hear it went well and that the customer is satisfied. Also, I have to pay 30$ for putting in the element. Whenever a brand new product isn't good out of the box, it's a shame.

On the basis of the model number and the picture, I ordered a direct replacement water heater. It was in the picture that I had two threaded mounts for attaching to the spa mounting frame. Initially there were no mounting studs on the one that arrived. Since my wife had been telling me to hurry up and finish upgrading an aged spa with a new motor, circuit board, and heater, I pushed myself to complete it. There was a need or a desire for each of them There was no point in waiting for me. We appreciated its inclusion of the piping collars and gaskets, and it all fit just like the original parts. I recommend this heater over the old one since it heats faster. As I had hoped, I would have received what I had It appears the original was left in place for a reason, but a couple of months after this set up, it's working.

The company needs to introduce a new unit. In one of the terminals for an element, a red glow was evident. It is similar to the glow of an iron on branding. We were unable to fix the I had to purchase a second element and install it.

A unit which was purchased two months ago has already been withdrawn from the market. The product was faulty and I guess it was too late to return it.
