In terms of water bonding, does this meet or exceed the nine square inch standard?

A city electrician inspector inspected it and found it to be in good condition. A 18x33 above-ground pool is located in our yard. (I am not quite sure The order was placed by my husband and completed by him)

What are the best places for the installation of thia?

Installed in the basket where the hose is, it keeps water in. The hose must be attached to the connector which is currently attached, then this connector must be screwed into place and the hose must be attached

Does the thread end have a specific size?

I'm not exactly sure how it threaded into my pool filter, but it did. As designed, the system worked perfectly.
