If you wish to install this heater element on the 58109 Heater, you may do so. It is only a matter of inches in thickness that this advertised heater is rated 800 Incoloy, where the original heater is rated 825 I don't think it's that big a deal.
I'm not quite sure I understand your question, but it should fit if it looks like the one you have now. My hot tub is almost 12 years old, and I have had no problems with it.

The fit is perfect and it works well. This type of heater coil is pretty universal, as far as I've learned. When it comes to 4 you need to consider whether you really need it or not. The number of kW or the number of miles is zero. A 5kW system. old coil I replaced was much different in shape, but it had the same electrical connections as this one. Consequently, I ordered this one and it took about 20 minutes to install The timer will be set for 30 minutes. As soon as the breaker stopped tripping, I was back in touch with my hot tub, which was heating up quicker than it had been. I haven't had any problems up to now. Additionally, I have also learned that these coils simply wear out over time and I should really be maintaining my hot tub regularly as a result. heater lasts for the coming year for me, I would consider this fair game and an excellent price for a heater repair. I just wanted to let you know It is also interesting to note that the long model or serial number of your heater and electrical unit under the hot tub provides the info pertaining to whether or not The number of kW or the number of miles is zero. A 5kW system. I was able to save myself more than $100 in a repair man service call by doing some online research and using a few basic tools. On YouTube, there are videos explaining how to disconnect the lines and where to find the easiest way to remove the coil and replace it. If the coil inside the heater tube is broken, then you may not need a whole heater tube. I wish you the best of luck!.
The heater arrived about 3 weeks ago, and so far it is working as efficiently as the factory one. It was a moderately simple fix for anyone with a little mechanical skill and the ability to safely turn off the electricity to the spa. If you choose to purchase it, I recommend purchasing and replacing the gaskets on either side of the stainless heater housing (as Amazon suggests when you select the item in the "customers also purchased"). It was apparent that my gaskets were in pretty good condition, but there is one or both of them with a small leak that wasn't immediately apparent. Wet water has since been seen draining from that side. The gaskets will be replaced as soon as I become tired of looking at the drainage. Since I have to remove and reinstall the spa side panels to access the shutoff valves and heater assembly, I will have to take longer to replace the gaskets than to unfasten them.
Incorporates the spa heater that can be seen in the image ( 58104). In order to make sure it doesn't hit the outer casing when it is installed, it may have to be bent slightly. The electrical connections are sealed with new nuts and seals. It took longer for me to figure out how to turn the cutoff valves than It took us maybe twenty minutes to go from start to finish. You won't regret it at all. We have been using it for 6 months and it is still working fine.
The heater is a 0kW model. I found it to be a worthwhile replacement for the heater I was experiencing problems with. Nonetheless, it started to trip my heater again after a few days. I was able to use the Elent for a few days, and it heated up well, but I think my heater tube needed to be replaced as well. If you have enough corrosion around these parts, I find it's more cost effective to replace the whole heater with an element already in place.
It is a 4KW balboa heater heating element that makes my hot tub more comfortable. While the item picture shows a coating of silver on the heating element, the one I received had a black finish, like the failed element it was supposed to replace.
As a result of installing this, I could no longer rely on the warranty on the heater on my hot tub, but this should outlast any repairs I could make to it. Everything worked perfectly during installation. My only recommendation is to get silicon gel lubricant for the flat washers when reassembling the system. If your wiring to your hot tub can handle the extra power, then you can go with the 5kW unit. Because I live in a warm climate, I don't need the extra power.
I have no complaints about this product, but the clips are an entirely different material than the heater tube and the last one failed there due to galvanic reaction. I suspect this product will fail there, as well. They should change the clips to a more rigid material.
While I had to bend it a little to get it in place, I was not able to damage the piece. However, my advice is to take care not to bend them too much since they can break very easily, although they have held up.
