Having used it about six times over the last two months, I have owned it for about two months. IF you are able to get it to work, the Aqua Broom vacuums. The switch on it is not functional. Putting the batteries in, sticking the head in the water, and then screwing on the handle takes about four minutes. Turning it on is possible only if you can get it tight enough. The process of turning it off is even more challenging, as the head needs to remain submerged until it is turned It is difficult to unscrew it with dry hands, and it is next to impossible with damp hands. there was an on/off switch on this broom, I would give it five Even though it does its job well, I don't use it as much as I should because turning it on and off is such a hassle. A problem I have had is that you have to remove the batteries after turning it off and bring the unit inside otherwise all the contacts will rust and you will need to sand them off. I really enjoyed working with this tool. In the beginning, it worked great The spa has been cleaned of sand, gunk, leaves, etc. It is a small spa (7 feet by 10 feet).
